Abstract

L'invention concerne un appareil (10, 100) permettant de traiter un produit, et plus particulièrement d'emballer un produit alimentaire (12, 112). Ce produit se présente de préférence en plusieurs portions (14) de fromage fondu ou similaire, ou en plusieurs portions (114) d'un fromage à pâte molle ou demi-dure ou similaire, ces portions étant découpées dans un fromage entier (114'). L'appareil de cette invention comporte un transporteur (20, 120) destiné à transporter ledit produit (12, 112) entre les différents postes de cet appareil, ce produit reposant par ailleurs sur un ou plusieurs organes mobiles (22, 122) conçus pour acheminer ce produit (12, 112) le long dudit transporteur 120).
