Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Verankerung für
Litzen in Beton gemäss Oberbegriff von Anspruch 1.The invention relates to anchoring for
Strands in concrete according to the preamble of
Anchors of this type are e.g. for generation of prestressing used in concrete bodies. she usually include one lying on the concrete Anchor body, in which the strands in wedges be held. By pulling the strands Fastening wedges pressed together around the strands.
So that anchoring is able to absorbing high strand forces must be built up massively be what leads to relatively high volume and Weight leads.
It is therefore the task of the present Invention, anchoring the type mentioned to provide, which is able to absorb high forces, but at the same time has the lowest possible weight.
This task is based on the
For further reinforcement of the anchor body ribs can be provided which extend from the holding body extend to the base plate. Preferably, at each opening (or at least some of the openings) Two ribs are provided. The two ribs extend outwards on both sides of the respective opening. They absorb the forces that the fastening wedge absorbs transmits the upper part of the opening.
In a preferred embodiment, that of of the base plate formed shoulder in the end areas beveled, so that from the concrete to the shoulder acting forces a compression of the anchor body between the two end areas. This compression counteracts the explosive effect of the fastening wedges and increases the resilience of the anchor body.
The anchor can be a housing (trumpet) with an entry opening for the strands. The Anchor body forms a space together with the housing, the strands run inside. The housing can with a seal for the strands, so that strands can be used without bond. The same housing is however also for a construction with Composite suitable if the housing with suitable connection means for an enveloping protective tube for the Strands is equipped.
Weitere bevorzugte Merkmale und Vorteile der
erfindungsgemässen Verankerung ergeben sich aus den abhängigen
Patentansprüchen sowie aus der nun folgenden
Beschreibung einer Ausführung anhand der Figuren. Dabei
zeigen:
bleibt. Ausserhalb des Gehäuses 6 sind die Litzen 5 mit
einem umhüllenden Schutzrohr versehen. The basic structure of a preferred embodiment
the anchorage according to the invention is shown in FIG. 1.
The
Fig. 2 zeigt eine Ausführung der Verankerung
Fig. 2 shows an embodiment of the anchor
in a composite construction. It is different
of the embodiment of FIG. 1 only in that
No seal is provided in the area of the housing opening 7
is, but that there is an adhesive tape or a
Shrink tube 9 a corrugated
As from a comparison of FIGS. 1 and 2 follows, is the present anchorage for constructions suitable with and without composite.
The structure of the
mittig entgegenwirkt.The
Between the
Zur Aufnahme der seitlichen Kräfte der beiden
äusseren Öffnungen 4 bildet die Grundplatte 15 in den
entsprechenden Bereichen seitliche Rampen 19.To absorb the lateral forces of the two
Thanks to the design of the The base body can absorb very high forces. At the same time, it is light in weight and takes up little space.
