Claims (20)
- Verfahren zum Einstellen des Brammenprofils einer stranggegossenen Bramme, insbesondere einer Dünnbramme (1), wobei das Profil entsprechend gegebenen Anforderungen an dessen Bombierung bzw. Keiligkeit durch die Spaltgeometrie von Strangführungsrollen (2) der Führungssegmente (3-5) eines Strangführungssystems bestimmt wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Anstellung der Strangführungsrollen (2) zumindest im Bereich der Resterstarrung des Stranges (1), sowie die hierfür erforderlichen Stellkräfte von Stellmitteln (16) so bestimmt werden, daß für jeden charakteristischen Betriebszustand ein vorgebbarer Sollwert für das Brammenprofil eingestellt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Ermittlung der Sollwerte sowohl im Wege der Vorausberechnung zur Voreinstellung der Strangführungsrollen (2), als auch online im Betrieb zur Online-Einstellung der Rollen (2) vorgenommen wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß Sollwerte nach Maßgabe unterschiedlicher betrieblicher Lasten vorgegeben werden. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß Sollwerte nach Maßgabe unterschiedlicher Brammenabmessungen vorgegeben werden. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß Sollwerte nach Maßgabe unterschiedlicher Stahlgüte vorgegeben werden. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß Sollwerte nach Maßgabe unterschiedlicher Gießgeschwindigkeit vorgegeben werden. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß Sollwerte nach Maßgabe unterschiedlicher Gießtemperaturen vorgegeben werden. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß Sollwerte nach Maßgabe unterschiedlicher Anlagenzustände wie Ausrichtungszustand, Verschleißzustand und/oder thermischer Ausdehnungszustand vorgegeben werden. - Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß Sollwerte nach wenigstens zwei charakteristischen Betriebszuständen vorgegeben werden. - Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß ein Führungssegment (3 ― 5) auf einer Seite, der Los- oder Festseite (6) bzw. (7), und bevorzugte auf der Festseite (7), mittels Stellkräften beaufschlagt wird, die im mittleren Bereich gezielt die Verformung des Segments (3 - 5) zur Erzielung eines gewünschten Brammenprofils beeinflussen. - Vorrichtung zum Einstellen des Brammenprofils einer stranggegossenen Bramme, insbesondere einer Dünnbramme (1), wobei das Profil entsprechend gegebenen Anforderungen an dessen Bombierung und/oder Keiligkeit durch die Spaltgeometrie von Strangführungsrollen (2) eines Strangführungssystems bestimmt wird, und diese in einzelnen Strangführungssegmenten (3 - 5) paarweise gegenüberliegend an durch Stellmittel (16) über Zuganker (8) an ihren äußeren Endbereichen miteinander verspannten, eine Festseite (7) und eine Losseite (6) ausbildenden Rahmenteilen (10, 9) gelagert sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß dem mittleren Bereich der Rahmenteile (10) mindestens ein Kraftmittel (11) zugeordnet und zum Aufbringen von sowohl Zug- als auch Druckkräften ausgebildet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Kraftmittel (11) ein hydraulisch oder pneumatisch betätigbarer Plungerzylinder ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11 oder 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Plungerzylinder (11) weggeregelt in beiden Richtungen zug- oder druckbetätigbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Kraftmittel (11) ein elektromotorisch antreibbarer Stellspindeltrieb ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 11 bis 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß einzelne Segmente (3 - 5) von einem sie zum Strangführungssystem verbindenden Tragrahmen (12) aufgenommen sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 11 bis 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Rahmenteile (9, 10) mit vergleichsweise hohem Widerstandsmoment gegen Biegung ausgebildet sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 11 bis 16,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Rahmenteil (10) der Festseite (7) jeweils endseitig auf feste Anschläge (13, 14) des Tragrahmens (12) abstützbar und mittels Krafteinwirkung des Kraftmittels (11) gezielt elastisch verformbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 11 bis 17,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Kraftmittel (11) am Tragrahmen (12) fest angeordnet und seine Kolbenstange (15) im Rahmenteil (10) der Festseite (7) verankert ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 11 bis 18,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß Segmente (3 - 5) auf einer mit dem Tragrahmen (12) fest verbundenen Fahrschiene (17) zwecks Austausch verfahrbar sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 11 bis 19,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Stellmittel (16) hydraulisch oder elektromechanisch erregbare Kraftmittel sind.
