Claims (8)
- Wellenricht- und -härtemaschine mit einer Aufnahme für ein wellenförmiges Werkstück, welche um eine zur Achse des Werkstückes im wesentlichen parallele Achse drehbar gelagert ist, mit einem gesteuerten Drehantrieb für die Aufnahme und einem Kühlmittelbad, welches die Aufnahme auf einem Teil ihres Drehweges durchläuft, sowie mit wenigstens einem an einer vorgegebenen Stelle der Länge des Werkstücks angeordneten Richtmittel, welches das Werkstück radial beaufschlagt und zum Be- und Entladen des Werkstückes von diesem abschwenkbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufnahme (50) mehrere parallele Richtwellen (42, 44, 46) aufweist, zwischen welche das Werkstück (30) einfügbar und aus denen entnehmbar ist, wobei jede Richtwelle (42, 44, 46) an ihren Stirnseiten in je einem Lagerbock, (52, 54; 56, 58; 60, 62) gehalten und eine der Richtwellen (46) radial abschwenkbar ist, und wobei die Richtwellen (42, 44, 46) radial vorstehende Profilierungen (32, 34, 36; 72, 74, 76; 82, 84, 86) als Richtmittel aufweisen.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lagerböcke (60, 62) der abschwenkbaren Richtwelle (46) an jeweils einem Schwenkarm (61, 63) befestigt ist, der an der Maschine um eine zur Achse der Richtwelle (46) parallele Achse schwenkbar befestigt ist.
- Maschine nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Profilierungen der Richtwellen (42, 44, 46) als radial vorstehende Ringe (32, 34, 36; 72, 74, 76; 82, 84, 86) variabler axialer Länge ausgebildet sind.
- Maschine nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens die an einer Seite der Richtwellen (42, 44, 46) vorgesehenen Lagerböcke (54, 58, 62) mit steuerbaren Verschiebemitteln zur axialen translatorischen Bewegung von Richtwellengreifern (43, 47, 51) ausgerüstet sind, so daß durch Rückzug der zugehörigen Richtwellengreifer (43, 47, 51) ein Einsetzen und Entnehmen der Richtwellen (42, 44, 46) ermöglicht ist.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Richtwellengreifer Körnerspitzen sind.
- Maschine nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Richtwelle an ihren stirnseitigen Enden je einen radial vorstehenden Bund (37, 39) aufweist.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 4-6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lagerböcke translatorisch fest an der Maschine befestigt sind.
- Maschine nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufnahme (50) zwei ortsfeste Richtwellen (42, 44) sowie eine abschwenkbare Richtwelle (46) aufweist.
