Claims (6)
- Pressenanordnung (10) zur Behandlung einer Faserstoffbahn (12), insbesondere einer Papier- oder Kartonbahn, mit wenigstens einer Presswalze (18), die an zumindest einem Walzenende durch ein Loslager (26) gelagert ist, dessen innerhalb des Lagergehäuses (28) angeordnete Lagerringe (30, 32) in Richtung der Walzenachse (X) relativ zueinander verschiebbar sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie wenigstens zwei Presswalzen (14, 16, 18, 20) zur Bildung wenigstens eines Pressspaltes (S1, S2, S3) umfasst, wobei wenigstens eine Schuhpresse (18, 20) vorgesehen ist und wenigstens eine einer jeweiligen Schuhpresswalze (20) zugeordnete Gegenwalze (18) an zumindest einem Walzenende durch ein Loslager (26) gelagert ist, und wobei das Gehäuse (28) des Loslagers (26) fest mit der Stuhlung bzw. einem Schwenkhebel verbunden ist und die Lager von mit der Gegenwalze zusammenwirkenden Presswalzen (20, 20') mit formschlüssigen Verbindungselementen (38) zum Lagergehäuse der Presswalze (18) verbunden sind, welche eine Verschiebung durch Längenänderung in den Walzen (20, 20') zulassen. - Pressenanordnung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Lagerringe (30, 32) des Loslagers (26) relativ zueinander kippbar sind. - Pressenanordnung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der maximale Kippwinkel etwa 0,5 ° beträgt. - Pressenanordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Lagerringe (30, 32) durch dazwischen angeordnete Lagerelemente (36) allseitig abgestützt sind. - Pressenanordnung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Lagerelemente (36) Lagerrollen vorgesehen sind. - Pressenanordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest auf der Führerseite ein Loslager (26) vorgesehen ist.
