Abstract

On utilise ainsi depuis longtemps des coques thermoformées associées à une plaquette en carton (blister) ou aussi des cartonnettes supportant un ou plusieurs objets solidarisés à chaque cartonnette au moyen d'une feuille de film thermorétractable dont les bords recouvrent les bords de la cartonnette, ou encore différents types de sachets en matière plastique équipés en partie haute soit d'une cartonnette d'accrochage, soit d'un compartiment logeant une cartonnette de renfort présentant un perçage pour l'accrochage du sachet. Plus récemment, on s'est tourné vers l'utilisation de manchons en matière plastique thermorétractable, qui permettent d'enserrer un ou plusieurs objets. On utilise ainsi des dispositifs de support constitués par deux éléments réunis 1 ' un à l'autre, à savoir une plaquette d'accrochage présentant un perçage pour enfiler la plaquette sur une broche de présentoir, laquelle plaquette sert aussi de support d'informations, et un manchon thermorétractable qui assure, une fois rétracté, la solidarisation mécanique entre un ou plusieurs objets et la plaquette d'accrochage. Dans ce cas, la partie inférieure de la plaquette présente un contour en zigzag pour favoriser l'accrochage du manchon lors de la rétraction de celui- ci, afin que ledit manchon soit capable de résister aux efforts rencontrés à la suspension d'un ou plusieurs objets accrochés par la plaquette du dispositif de support. L'inconvénient de la solution qui vient d'être décrite réside dans la nécessité d'utiliser deux compo¬ sants, et de devoir organiser la liaison entre ces deux composants en même temps que la liaison avec le ou les objets à supporter. La hauteur de manchon rétractée permet sans difficulté de supporter un tel groupe d'objets. On obtient en outre une résistance à l'arrachement satisfaisante, même si le ou les objets concernés sont pesants, grâce à un film d'épaisseur suffisante (on pourra par exemple prévoir un film de polyéthylène téréphtalate d'une épaisseur d'environ 0,1 mm) . De plus, en choisissant un manchon en matière plastique transparente, on n'altère en rien l'aspect de l'objet supporté, ce qui constitue également un élément favorable pour l'emballage. Enfin, grâce à l'antenne de détection qui est avantageusement prévue, on obtient un avantage supplémentaire de protection contre la démarque inconnue, et on facilite aussi la gestion des objets grâce à la traçabilité conférée. L'invention n'est pas limitée aux modes de réalisation qui viennent d'être décrits, mais englobe au contraire toute variante reprenant, avec des moyens équivalents, les caractéristiques essentielles énoncées plus haut .
