Claims (14)
- Vorrichtung zum Zuführen von flachen Mehrschichtverbund-Verpackungsmänteln an eine Füllmaschine zum Abfüllen von flüssigen bis pastösen Lebensmitteln, wobei Blöcke aus aufrechtstehenden und hintereinander gestapelten, lagegleichen Verpackungsmänteln von einem Spannbügel ergriffen und von einer Station zu einer anderen transportiert werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf einer Transportstrekke (TB) mindestens ein Werkstückträger (WT) läuft, auf den eine Kammer (K) befestigt ist, die an zwei sich gegenüberliegenden Stirnseiten offen ist, wobei diese offenen Stirnseiten durch einen durchgehenden Längsschlitz auf einer der drei freien Seitenflächen der Kammer (K) verbunden sind, wodurch ein C- oder U-kanalartiges Innenprofil für die Aufnahme eines Blocks aus Verpackungsmänteln (VM) entsteht, welche mittels des Spannbügels (SB) in Stapelrichtung stirnseitig ein- und ausgesetzt werden, indem der Spannbügel (SB) mitsamt seinen Spannern (Sp) einen Block aus Verpackungsmänteln (VM) in translatorischer Bewegung relativ zur Kammer (K) entlang ihres offenen Längsschlitzes (LS) versetzt und die Verpackungsmäntel (VM) von einer Aufgabestation (AS) einer Kammer und/ oder aus einer Kammer (K) einer angesteuerten Füllmaschine (FM) zuführt, und wobei Rückhalter (RH) die Kammer (K) auf den offenen Profilseiten begrenzen oder freigeben.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kammer (K) aus einem abgekanteten Blech (FB) gebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das abgekantete Blech (FB) von zwei entsprechend ausgeschnittenen und zum ersten Blech (FB) hochkant angeordneten Blechen (HB) umklammert wird, wobei sich die Schlitze (LS) mit denen des abgekanteten Bleches (FB) decken.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die hochkant angeordneten Bleche (HB) mit dem Werkstückträger (WT) schlüssig verbunden sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die stirnseitigen Rückhalter (RH) aus Flachblech geschnitten sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rückhalter (RH) einseitig schwenkbeweglich im Gehäuse der Kammer (K) gelagert sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rückhalter (RH) automatisch betätigbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 und 5-7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rückhalter (RH) derartig ausgespart und/oder geformt sind, daß für die Identifizierung des Designs oder maschinenlesbaren Codes auf den Verpackungsmänteln (VM) wesentliche Partien der Verpakkungsmäntel (V) freigehalten bleiben.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein optischer Sensor (OS) die an einer Stirnseite der Kammer (K) sichtbare Breitseite der Verpakkungsmäntel (VM) abtastet.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Sensor (OS) eine Digitalkamera ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Steuereinrichtung vorhanden ist, die in Abhängigkeit des erkannten Dekors die Verpackungsmäntel (VM) auf den Werkstückträgern (WT) zu derjenigen Füllmaschine (FM) transportiert und dieser übergibt, die Verpackungsmäntel (VM) dieses Dekors verarbeitet.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sämtliche Dekore, die zu einem Zeitpunkt auf einer Anlage verarbeitet werden, als Muster elektronisch gespeichert sind, um das Dekor eines optosensorisch erfaßten Verpackungsmantels (VM) mit den gespeicherten Mustern zu vergleichen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Verpackungsmäntel (VM) mit falschem Dekor oder falscher Ausrichtung aus der Transportstrecke (TB) ausgeschleust werden.
- Vorrichtung nach mindestens einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Transportstrecke (TB) horizontal umläuft.
