Claims (11)
- Vorrichtung zum Einbringen von Schmierstoff in den Walzspalt (28) eines Warm-Walzwerks (1) mit mindestens einer Öffnung (27), aus welcher der Schmierstoff austritt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Öffnung (27) in die der Oberfläche einer Arbeitswalze (2,3) zugeordnete Fläche eines sich achsparallel zur Arbeitswalze (2,3) und im wesentlichen über deren Breite erstreckenden Balkens (23) eingeformt ist, der mit mindestens einer Krafterzeugungseinrichtung (16,17) verbunden ist, welche ihn gegen die Arbeitswalze (2,3) drückt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Öffnung (27) durch eine Nut (26) gebildet ist, welche sich im wesentlichen über die Breite des Balkens (23) erstreckt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Nut (26) beabstandet zueinander Düsen angeordnet sind, aus welchen der Schmierstoff austritt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Balken (9,10,11,12) ein Abstreifer ist, welcher an der Arbeitswalze (2,3) anliegt und auf die Arbeitswalze (2,3) aufgetragene Kühlflüssigkeit abstreift.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Balken (9,10,11,12) in drei Freiheitsgraden bewegbar gelagert ist und daß die Krafterzeugungseinrichtung (15,16) den Balken (9,10,11,12) ausrichtet und eine einstellbare Andrückkraft erzeugt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Balken (9,10,11,12) in einem Kugelgelenk (14) gelagert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lagerung des Balkens (9,10,11,12) bezogen auf die Breite der Arbeitswalze mittig angeordnet ist und daß der Balken (9,10,11,12) an seinen beiden seitlichen Enden (17,18) mit jeweils einer Krafterzeugungseinrichtung (15,16) verbunden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Krafterzeugungseinrichtung (15,16) hydraulisch, mechanisch oder pneumatisch betätigbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mit dem Balken (9,10,11,12) Schleifeinrichtungen verbunden sind, welche im Bereich der Bandkanten des jeweils zu walzenden Bandes (S) positionierbar sind und die zu kühlende Arbeitswalze (2,3) berühren.
- Verwendung einer Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9 in einem Walzwerk (1) zum Warmwalzen von ferritischen oder austenitischen nicht rostenden Stahlbändern (S).
- Verwendung einer Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in Förderrichtung (F) des Bandes (S) jeweils vor und hinter der zu kühlenden Arbeitswalze (2,3) eine derartige Vorrichtung (6,7,8) angeordnet ist.
