Definitions
- the invention relates to a mill, preferably a tube mill, with a the grist-receiving rotatable grinding housing, which a Has an outer jacket and a lining embedded therein, the outer jacket being formed from at least two shell bodies is which is fixed to each other by fasteners and for which to the Embedding of the lining to be carried out on the inside walls of these shell bodies are detachable from each other.
- the tube casing is the grinding housing formed from a one-piece, completely closed tube piece, which approximately 3 meters in diameter and length of up to 15 meters.
- This from a metallic Sheet metal jacket is usually made of ceramic or bricks made of plastic.
- this Grinding housings are filled with balls, which are caused by the rotation of the housing be circulated in this and slide against each other. hereby the regrind fed into the mill is cut to the desired grain size ground.
- This lining needs to be replaced from time to time because it is subject to relatively heavy wear. The Removal of this lining as well as the fitting of new stones is due to this closed tubular design of the Grinding housing connected with laborious manual work.
- a grinding drum is described in the publication DE-A 23 01 624, which is composed of a number of segments that one form cylindrical cross section.
- the segments each have beveled Contact surfaces on which they lie against each other.
- the Segments are each a number of plates that lie against each other assigned and on the inside of these segments are with corresponding Linings provided. These are sent exclusively to the Segments attached so that they do not break out during grinding. If these linings are now worn out, they must be removed from the Segments are solved by laborious work, otherwise you have to Throw away segments as well. Because these mills are usually very built large and therefore very heavy, this is with a corresponding high workload.
- the present invention was based on the object to create a mill according to the type mentioned at the beginning, which has a grinding housing, which with a simple structure in the handling fast and user-friendly lining of the Inner walls of the pipe jacket allowed.
- this lining can be compared the well-known mills much easier in this outer jacket be walled in.
- two shell bodies are provided, which are semicircular in cross section and both with the same Dimensions are provided. This results in an optimal design this outer shell, which has a diameter of up to three Meters and a length of up to 15 meters.
- Fig.1 and Fig.2 show a mill 10, preferably as a tube mill is trained. Such tube mills are used for grinding various Goods, such as in the food sector, in the Color industry, used in chemistry or in other industries.
- the Mill 10 has a rotatable grinding housing which receives the material to be ground 15, which has a tubular outer jacket according to FIG the end faces of each a funnel-shaped connector 12 and each connect an inlet and outlet 17, 19. At this inlet and outlet 17, 19 a bearing 11, 13 supporting the housing 15 is provided, each attached to an indicated base 14, 18 are.
- this mill 10 is a rotary drive, not shown assigned to the housing 15, through which the same to the angled axis of rotation can be rotated in both directions.
- An indicated closure 29 at the outlet of the grinding housing 15 enables draining the grinding media that can be filled into this.
- the outer jacket usually made of sheet steel, is provided with a lining 24 on the inside.
- These from lined up Stones 34, 35 existing lining 24 serves as a Protective cover of the outer jacket and the other for protection of the grinding media, not shown in detail, filled in this housing 15, which are designed in particular as balls.
- This Grinding bodies will have the grinding effect when turning the housing the regrind filled in generated.
- the regrind is at the top Inlet 17 is fed in metered quantity into the mill housing 15 and removed in the ground state at outlet 19 below. This The arrangement of the grinder allows continuous or clocked loading the regrind.
- stones 35 arranged one behind the other are also inside the mill 10 'protruding lugs 35' are provided which run along the housing Describe helical tracks 36, by means of which the grinding balls are taken in the direction of rotation and to one contribute to improved grinding. These stones 35 have this Purposes adapted to the lugs 35 'according to the tracks 36 Side surfaces 37. There are four mutually offset at an angle of 90 ° Driving tracks 36 present, it could also be more or less such tracks indicated by dashed lines in FIG. 2 may be provided.
- the outer jacket consists of two shell bodies 21, 22 formed, which are fixed to one another by fastening means 40 and for that to be carried out on the inner walls of these shell bodies 21, 22 Embedding the lining 24 are detachable from each other.
- This shell body 21, 22 are semicircular in cross section in the present case and both with the same dimensions and preferably with the same Provide training for ease of manufacture.
- the lining 24 is separated from one another within the scope of the invention loosened and advantageously tub-shaped at an assembly site erected shell body 21, 22 walled.
- the liner 24 is on both sides to the end face formed by the respective shell body 21, 22 44 arranged above so that this lining 24 at their contact points 24 'in the assembled state of the two Press the shell bodies 21, 22 against each other and from the fastening means 40 an approximately tangential pressure force on this Lining 24 is produced.
- These stones are shaped in such a way that their mutual contact surfaces 24 'radially in the installed state extend to the mill housing.
- a connecting means 45 for example a mortar, an adhesive or the like with which the grinding chamber 10 'of this lining 24 is tightly enclosed.
- the shell bodies 21, 22 there are several along their longitudinal extent distributed flanges 21 ', 22' for those provided as screws Fastening means 40 arranged. These shell bodies face at the end 21, 22 each have a radial flange 27, on which a corresponding Flange 26 of the connector 12 connects, which can be connected to each other are.
- a radial flange 27 on which a corresponding Flange 26 of the connector 12 connects, which can be connected to each other are.
- the grinding chamber 10 'delimiting sieve through which the ground material with the desired grain size let through and is led to the outlet 19, meanwhile, the grinding media and the remaining regrind is prevented from leaving the grinding chamber 10 '.
- clamping cylinders 52, 53 are used, through which the shell body 21, 22 at the flanges 21 ', 22' can be fixed.
- clamping cylinders 52, 53 are held by a bracket 51 and can be quick and easy Tightening or loosening from a pressure medium source that can be connected to it be operated.
- FIG 4 shows a variant of a fastener in which a Clamping clamp 55 is provided, which is indicated by a screw 56 can be brought into the clamped or released state.
- the shell bodies 61, 62 in contrast to those arranged according to Fig.1 closed at the transition to each other.
- the one shell body 61 is elongated Sheath 63 provided in a groove 64 of the other shell body 62 engages.
- the lining is in turn in the shell bodies 61, 62 embedded that when clamping the Clamp 55 creates a tangential pressure force on the stones, which is basically adjustable.
- This mill 10 according to the invention can be used as a further advantage through this simplified, automatable replacement of the lining achieve in this outer jacket that no business interruptions arise more. Such a replacement can be done within a short period of time for example when the mill is at a standstill overnight and the mill is put back into operation the next day. This increases the performance of this new type of mill.
- the invention is sufficient with the exemplary embodiments explained above demonstrated. However, it could still be used in other variants represent. So there could be three or more shell bodies be in a corresponding manner in the assembled state form a circular cross section.
- the grinder housing could also of two outer sheaths fastened one behind the other, each of two Shell bodies exist, be composed. It could also Housing also have a conical or conical outer shape.
