Claims (18)
- Verfahren zum Umformen von Metallband in einer Warmbandwalzanlage, wobei das Metallband nach Durchlaufen einer Fertigstraße und einer Kühlstrecke über einen Treiber, der aus einer oberen und unteren Treiberrolle besteht, einer Haspelanlage zugeführt wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Bandmaterial (5) in dem Bereich zwischen Ende der Kühlstrecke (2) und Haspelanlage (4) einer Dickenreduzierung unterzogen wird. - Anlage zum Umformen von Metallband, bestehend aus einer Walzstraße mit nachfolgernder Kühlstrecke, Treiber und Haspel zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß im Bereich zwischen dem Ende der Kühlstrecke (2)und Haspelanlage (4) mindestens zwei Rollen bzw. Walzen (3', 9)so übereinander angeordnet sind, daß sie einen Walzspalt bilden, der kleiner ist als die Banddicke vor den Rollen bzw. Walzen, in Bandlaufrichtung gesehen. - Anlage nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß es sich bei diesen Rollen um die Treiberrollen (3')handelt, die sowohl als Treiber dienen als auch eine Dickenreduzierung durchführen. - Anlage nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß vor den Treiber (3), in Bandlaufrichtung gesehen, mindestens ein Walzgerüst (9)angeordnet ist zur Dickenreduzierung des Bandes. - Anlage nach Ansprüchen 2 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß sowohl an dem Treiber (3') als auch an jedem Walzgerüst (9) eine Dickenreduktion durchgeführt wird. - Anlage nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Durchmesser der Treiberrollen bzw. Durchmesser der Walzen gleich oder unterschiedlich sind. - Anlage nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Oberflächen der Rollen des Treibers bzw. der Walzen glatt sind oder zwecks Einstellung einer gewünschten Bandrauhigkeit aufgerauht sind. - Anlage nach den Ansprüchen 2, 3, 4 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß Rollen bzw. Walzen zur Dickenreduzierung in Gerüste mit walzenspaltbeeinflussenden Stellgliedern integriert sind. - Anlage nach den Ansprüchen 2, 3, 4 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß am Treiber und/oder an jedem Walzgerüst eine Einrichtung zur Walzspaltschmierung (6a, 6b) vorgesehen ist, wobei diese vorzugsweise über der Bandbreite zonenweise aktivierbar ist. - Anlage nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß nach dem Treiber und/oder an jedem Walzgerüst, in Bandlaufrichtung gesehen, eine Einrichtung zur Entfernung des Schmiermittels (7a, 7b) vorgesehen ist. - Anlage nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß nach dem Walzgerüst, in Bandlaufrichtung gesehen, eine Bandkühlstrecke (10) angeordnet ist. - Anlage nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß ein Dickenmeßgerät (11) hinter dem Walzgerüst, in Bandlaufrichtung, vorgesehen ist. - Verfahren nach den Anspruch 1;
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Band zwischen Ende der Kühlstrecke und Haspelanlage zusätzlich durch eine Streckrichterzone läuft. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß mittels eines Regelkreises die Anstellung der dickenreduzierenden Rollen bzw. Walzen oder deren Stellglieder in Abhängigkeit von den Bandeigenschaften geregelt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß mittels eines Regelkreises die Einstellung der Streckrichterrollen zueinander und zum Band in Abhängigkeit von den Bandeigenschaften geregelt wird. - Verfahren nach den Ansprüchen 14 oder 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß als Bandeigenschaften die Temperaturverteilung, die Bandkontur oder die Bandzugspannungen eingehen. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1, 13 bis 16,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß als zusätzliches Stellglied zur Einstellung der Bandeigenschaften in der Kühlstrecke die Bandtemperaturverteilung über der Breite vor einer Umformung an dem Walzgerüst oder in der Streckrichterzone verwendet wird. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1, 13 bis 17,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Dickenreduzierung über der Bandlänge unterschiedlich ist.
