Claims (13)
- Vorrichtung zum Glätten einer Betonbelagsoberfläche nach dem Einbau von Frischbeton, mit einem von Fahrwerken (52) getragenen Maschinenrahmen (70), an dem Arbeitseinrichtungen befestigt sind, die zumindest aus einer sich quer zur Fahrtrichtung über die Arbeitsbreite erstreckenden Querglätteinrichtung (50) und einer quer über die Arbeitsbreite bewegbaren Längsglätteinrichtung (60) bestehen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Querglätteinrichtung (50) zur Herstellung eines dachförmigen Profils der Betonbelagsoberfläche aus zwei, in der Mitte der Arbeitsbreite gelenkig miteinander verbundenen Querglättbohlen (39,40) besteht, und
daß eine Arbeitseinrichtung an der Querglätteinrichtung (50) beweglich befestigt ist und über die gesamte Arbeitsbreite des Maschinenrahmens (70) auf der Querglätteinrichtung (50) verfahrbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Querglätteinrichtung (50) Führungseinrichtungen (7 bis 10, 18 bis 21) für einen über die gesamte Arbeitsbreite des Maschinenrahmens (70) verfahrbaren Laufwagen (11) aufweist, an dem die Arbeitseinrichtung befestigt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungseinrichtungen der Querglätteinrichtung (50) aus Laufschienen (7 bis 10, 18 bis 21) bestehen, auf denen Laufrollen (13,14,17) des Laufwagens (11) abrollen können.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an den einander zugewandten Enden der Laufschienen (8,9;19,20) der Querglättbohlen (39,40) ein parallel zu den Laufschienen (8,9;19,20) verlaufendes Laufbahnsegment (41) angeordnet ist, das den bei Einstellung eines dachförmigen Betonbelagsoberflächenprofils entstehenden Spalt (48) zwischen den Laufschienen (8,9;19,20) überbrückt, und daß der Laufwagen (11) mit Doppelrollen (13,14,17) versehen ist, die sich sowohl auf den Laufschienen (7 bis 10,18 bis 21) als auch auf dem Laufbahnsegment (41) abstützen können.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Laufbahnsegment (41) an einer der beiden Querglättbohlen (39,40) befestigt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Querglätteinrichtung (50) über Koppelglieder (27) quer zur Fahrtrichtung pendelnd an dem Maschinenrahmen (70) aufgehängt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Querglätteinrichtung (50) parallelogrammartig an dem Maschinenrahmen (70) quer zur Fahrtrichtung pendelnd aufgehängt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Querglätteinrichtung (50) hinsichtlich Arbeitstiefe und Längsneigungswinkel in Fahrtrichtung stufenlos einstellbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Arbeitseinrichtung unabhängig von der Bewegung der Querglätteinrichtung (50) über die Arbeitsbreite verfahrbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Arbeitseinrichtung mit Hilfe mindestens eines Seiltrommelantriebs (74) und eines Zugseils (76) über die Arbeitsbreite der Querglätteinrichtung (50) verfahrbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der mindestens eine Seiltrommelantrieb (74) ortsfest an dem Maschinenrahmen (70) oder an den hinteren Hubsäulen (72) der Fahrwerke (52) befestigt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Arbeitseinrichtung eine Längsglätteinrichtung (60) ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorrichtung ein Gleitschalungsfertiger ist.
