Claims (18)
- Spender für Reinigungstücher,wie insbesondere Toilettenpapier, Küchenpapier oder Euterpapiere, bestehend aus einem Gehäuse (6) mit Deckel (34) sowie einer Halterung (1) für das auf Rollen (2) vorgehaltene Papier (3), mindestens einer zuschaltbaren Sprühdüse (4), die bei Vorschub des Tuches motorisch betätigbar ist, zur Befeuchtung des Papiers (3), einem motorischen Antrieb zur Förderung des Papiers (3), sowie einem Vorratsbehälter (5) für das Befeuchtungsmittel, wobei der Antrieb für die Förderung des Tuches (3) aus mindestens einer motorgetriebenen Walze (7') sowie einem Gegenelement (7, 7") besteht, gekennzeichnet durch die folgenden Merkmale:a) die Walze (7') besteht aus einer auf eine starre Achse (8) aufgezogenen weichen, insbesondere aus Schaumstoff gefertigten Hülle (40);b) der Spalt (9) zwischen der Walze (7') und dem Gegenelement (7, 7") ist unterhalb des Abwickelpunktes (41) der Rolle (2) angeordnet;c) die Entnahmeöffnung (19) des Gehäuses (6) befindet sich im wesentlichen senkrecht unterhalb des Spalts (9) zwischen der Walze (7') und ihrem Gegenelement (7, 7");d) die Andrückkraft zwischen der Walze (7') und dem Gegenelement (7, 7") ist derart einstellbar, daß sich das Tuch (3) zwischen ihnen bei stehendem Motor (29) von Hand herausziehen läßt;e) die Düse (4) ist unterhalb der Walze (7') sowie dem Gegenelement (7, 7") angeordnet.
- Spender nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gegenelement eine am Gehäusedeckel (34) angeordnete freidrehende Gegenwalze (7) oder eine glatte oder geglättete, mit diesem schwenkbar ausgebildete Nase (7") ist, die etwa die Breite der Walze (7') aufweist.
- Spender nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Nase (7") in den Gehäusedeckel (34) eingeformt ist.
- Spender nach Anspruch 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rolle (2) gebremst ist oder an diese eine Bremse (27) anlegbar ist.
- Spender nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Vorratsbehälter einen durch Niederdrücken betätigbaren Pumpsprühkopf (25) aufweist, der durch einen motorgetriebenen Exzenter (28) betätigbar ist.
- Spender nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Exzenter (28) vom selben Motor (29) angetrieben ist wie die Treibwalze (7').
- Spender nach einem der Ansprüche 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Exzenter (28) mehrere Nocken (31) aufweist.
- Spender nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen dem Exzenter (28) und dem Pumpsprühkopf (25) ein gefederter Stempel (48) angeordnet ist.
- Spender nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Sprühkegel des Sprühkopfes (25) derart auf das Tuch (3) eingestellt ist, daß beidseitig ein unbefeuchteter Rand verbleibt.
- Spender nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Behälter (5) mit dem Pumpsprühkopf (25) verbunden und der Vorrichtung mit diesem zusammen entnehmbar ist.
- Spender nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Behälter (5) durch eine Halterung (32) fixiert ist, die mit einer auf den Pumpsprühkopf (25) legbaren Taste (33) versehen ist, über die der Exzenter (28) auf den Pumpsprühkopf (25) einwirkt.
- Spender nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Papierantrieb einen derartigen Nachlauf aufweist, daß nach dem Befeuchten des Papiers (3) die Walze (7') trocken bleibt.
- Spender nach einem der Ansprüche 5 - 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem Exzenter (28) ein Taster (42) zugeordnet ist, der den diesen antreibenden Motor in einer den Pumpkopf (25) nicht belastenden Stellung stoppt.
- Spender nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dieser eine Erkennung für das Tuchende aufweist.
- Spender nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß diese Erkennung ein optischer Sensor (43) ist, der vom Tuch (3) reflektiertes Licht erfaßt, wobei der hinter dem Tuch (3) dem Sensor gegenüberliegende Bereich eingeschwärzt ist.
- Spender nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Tuchroile (2) auf mit Spreizelementen (44) versehenen Wellenabschnitten (45) gesteckt ist, die über äußere Lagerzapfen (46) im Gehäuse (6) befestigbar sind.
- Spender nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine automatische Trennvorrichtung für das zu entnehmende Papier (3) vorgesehen ist, wobei dessen Menge individuell einstellbar ist.
- Spender nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß unterhalb der ersten Walze (7') ein Walzenpaar (11, 11') vorgesehen ist, die beide mechanisch miteinander gekoppelt sind.
