Claims (6)

  1. Procédé de fabrication de cigarettes à filtres avec des filtres multiples issus de différents composants de filtres en forme de tiges, lesquels sont prélevés sur des chemins distincts de transport de réserves séparées, en diverses longueurs usuelles, puis divisés et insérés entre deux tiges de tabac orientées coaxialement l'une par rapport à l'autre, procédé dans lequel, sur un premier chemin de transport, des composants de filtres en forme de tiges sont divisés par paires de bouchons de filtres simples et, sur l'autre chemin de transport, des composants de filtres en forme de tiges sont divisés en bouchons de filtres de longueur double, et les bouchons de filtres des deux composants de filtres sont insérés les uns après les autres entre les tiges de tabac, caractérisé en ce que les tiges de tabac de longueur double sont amenées depuis un tambour pour être sectionnées centralement sur un tambour de coupe et étirées selon un axe longitudinal sur un tambour d'expansion.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'entre les tiges de tabac sont d'abord insérées les paires de bouchons de filtres simples, puis les bouchons de filtres de longueur double.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les bouchons de filtres simples sont insérés de manière adjacente aux tiges de tabac et les bouchons de filtres de longueur double sont insérés dans un interstice central entre les bouchons de filtres simples.

Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les bouchons de filtres simples sont obtenus à partir de tiges de filtres dont la longueur est douze fois supérieure à celle de la longueur usuelle, et les bouchons de filtres de longueur double sont obtenus à partir de tiges de filtres dont la longueur est six fois supérieure à celle de la longueur usuelle.
  5. Dispositif de fabrication de cigarettes à filtres avec des filtres multiples issus de différents composants de filtres en forme de tiges, avec des réserves séparées de tiges de filtres présentant diverses longueurs usuelles, qui sont affectées à des tambours de transport sur des chemins de transport distincts en vue de la division, du groupement et de l'insertion des composants de filtres en forme de tiges entre deux tiges de tabac orientées coaxialement l'une par rapport à l'autre, caractérisé en ce qu'un premier chemin de transport est formé par cinq tambours de transport (1, 7, 9, 14, 17), et présente : un tambour de coupe (1) muni de deux lames circulaires (4) pour diviser par deux des tiges de filtres (2) ayant été prélevées d'une première réserve séparée (3) et dont la longueur est six fois supérieure à la longueur usuelle ; un tambour à gradins (7) pour procéder à un échelonnement ; un tambour coulissant (9) muni d'une lame circulaire (12) pour procéder à un alignement les unes derrières les autres, selon un axe transversal, des tiges de filtres (6) obtenues, dont la longueur est le double de la longueur usuelle, et à une division de celles-ci en bouchons à filtres simples (13) ; un tambour d'expansion (14) pour procéder à une expansion selon un axe longitudinal ; et un tambour d'accélération (17) pour augmenter l'espacement, selon un axe transversal, en vue d'insérer des bouchons de filtres simples (13) entre les tiges de tabac (22), et en ce que l'autre chemin de transport est formé par six tambours de transport (29, 36, 38, 43, 46, 48), et présente : un tambour de coupe (29) muni de deux lames circulaires (33) pour diviser par deux des tiges de filtres (31) ayant été prélevées de l'autre réserve séparée (32) et dont la longueur est douze fois supérieure à celle de la longueur usuelle ; un tambour à gradins (36) pour procéder à un échelonnement ; un tambour coulissant (38) muni d'une lame circulaire (41) pour procéder à un alignement les unes derrière les autres, selon un axe transversal, des tiges de filtres (34) obtenues, dont la longueur est quatre fois supérieure à celle de la longueur usuelle, et à une division de celles-ci ; un tambour à gradins (43) pour procéder à un échelonnement ; un tambour coulissant (46) pour procéder à un alignement successif, selon un axe transversal ; et un tambour d'accélération (48) pour augmenter l'espacement, selon un axe transversal, en vue d'insérer, entre les tiges de tabac (22), des tiges de filtres (42) obtenues dont la longueur est le double de la longueur usuelle
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le chemin de transport formé par cinq tambours de transport (1, 7, 9, 14, 17), pour le premier composant de filtres -en se rapportant à la direction de transport des tiges de tabac (22) le long d'un chemin de transport formé par des tambours de transport (23, 24, 27) alignés-est situé en amont d'un tambour de regroupement (19), en liaison fonctionnelle avec le chemin de transport des tiges de tabac et en ce que le chemin de transport formé par six tambours de transport (29, 36, 38, 43, 46, 48), pour l'autre composant de filtres, est situé en aval d'un tambour de regroupement (49), en liaison fonctionnelle avec le chemin de transport des tiges de tabac.
