Claims (13)
- Schließblechvorrichtung für Türschlösser, mit einem an einer Zarge befestigten Trägerteil, mit einem am Trägerteil gelagerten Stirnblech und mit einer Verstelleinrichtung zum Anpassen des Stirnblechs an eine am Türblatt gelagerte Schloßfalle,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Stirnblech (3) an dem Trägerteil (1) im wesentlichen senkrecht zur Ebene des Stirnblechs (3) zum Einstellen der Lagezuordnung zwischen dem Stirnblech (3) und dem Trägerteil (1) mittels einer Verstelleinrichtung verschiebbar gelagert ist. - Schließblechvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Stirnblech (3) mit der Verstelleinrichtung stufenlos einstellbar ist. - Schließblechvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Verstelleinrichtung eine Stellschraube (15) zum stufenlosen Einstellen des Stirnblechs (3) aufweist. - Schließblechvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Stellschraube (15) bei eingebauter Schließblechvorrichtung von außen schraubbar ist. - Schließblechvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Stirnblech (3) über ein Halteblech (2) an dem Trägerteil (1) verschiebbar geführt ist. - Schließblechvorrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Stirnblech (3) mit dem Halteblech (3) verbunden oder mit diesem einstückig gebildet ist. - Schließblechvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Stellschraube (15) in eine am Trägerteil (1) befestigte Haltemutter (18) eingreift. - Schließblechvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Halteblech (2) am Trägerteil (1) zwangsgeführt ist. - Schließblechvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß ein Führungsblech (22) zum verkantungsfreien Geradführen des Halteblechs (2) am Trägerteil (1) vorgesehen ist, das einen Zwangsbewegungsmechanismus bildet. - Schließblechvorrichtung nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Führungsblech (22) an einer Außenseite (23) des Trägerteils (1) quer zur Richtung (A) der Einstellbewegung des Stirnblechs (3) geführt gelagert ist, daß im Trägerteil (1) zwei Langlöcher (28) parallel zur Richtung (A) der Einstellbewegung des Stirnblechs (3) ausgebildet sind und von einem jeweiligen Zapfen (27) durchsetzt sind, daß der Zapfen (27) in einer jeweiligen Bohrung (29) des Halteblechs (2) befestigt ist, und daß das Führungsblech (22) zwei zueinander parallele und gegenüber den Längslöchern (28) unter einem Winkel verlaufende Führungsöffnungen (26) aufweist. - Schließblechvorrichtung nach der Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Führungsblech (22) durch zwei voneinander beabstandete, vom Halteblech (2) hervorstehende Stifte (24) geführt ist, die in zwei zugeordnete, zueinander parallele Langlöcher (25) im Führungsblech (22) eingreifen. - Schließblechvorrichtung nach Anspruch 10 oder 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die zueinander parallelen Führungsöffnungen (26) im Führungsblech (22) um beispielsweise 45° gegen die Verstellrichtung (A) des Stirnblechs (3) geneigt sind. - Schließblechvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Verstellweg des Stirnblechs (3) beispielsweise etwa 4 bis 12 mm beträgt.
