- au niveau de sa rive amont 1A, la bâche 1 est fixée au moins indirectement contre 1a face 5A du tunnel 5 au niveau de laquelle elle s'étend,
- au niveau de sa rive aval 1B, la bâche 1 est maintenue écartée de la face 5A du tunnel 5 au niveau de laquelle elle s'étend, de manière à telle que l'air pulsé puisse s'engouffrer dans le volume délimité par cette nappe contre la face du tunnel et que, par cela, l'augmentation de pression qui en résulte provoque l'application de cette bâche 1 contre l'ensemble produits et support 4.
Claims (3)
- Dispositif d'étanchéité pour un système d'ajustement de la température de produits situés sur une palette placée dans un tunnel de circulation d'air de ventilation,
ce dispositif étant CARACTERISE en ce que, dans le tunnel (5), pour éviter chaque fuite d'air de ventilation autour des produits situés sur la palette, l'étanchéité est réalisée au moyen d'une bâche (1) et cette bâche est disposée pour se coller sur les côtés et le dessus des produits, sous l'effet de la pression de l'air de ventilation qui circule dans ledit tunnel. - Dispositif selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend plusieurs bâches (1) et chaque bâche (1) est disposée dans un espace (E) existant entre une surface (4A) de l'ensemble (4) produits et support et, une surface (5A) du tunnel située en vis à vis pour, en se gonflant sous la pression de l'air qui, pulsé dans le tunnel, est destiné à traverser la pile de produits, fermer l'espace (E) considéré et limiter la circulation de l'air à des passages subsistant entre les produits.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2 caractérisé en ce que :chaque bâche (1) présente deux rives (1A, 1B), situées l'une (1A) en amont et l'autre (1B) en aval du tunnel compte tenu du sens de circulation de l'air à travers les produits empilés sur la palette et,entre ces rives (1A, 1B), la bâche (1) a une dimension développée supérieure à la distance rectiligne qui sépare lesdites rives (1A, 1B), de manière à constituer poche souple,au niveau de sa rive amont (1A), la bâche (1) est fixée au moins indirectement contre la face (5A) du tunnel (5) au niveau de laquelle elle s'étend,au niveau de sa rive aval (1B), la bâche (1) est maintenue écartée de la face (5A) du tunnel (5) au niveau de laquelle elle s'étend, de manière à telle que l'air pulsé puisse s'engouffrer dans le volume délimité par cette nappe contre la face du tunnel et que, par cela, l'augmentation de pression qui en résulte provoque l'application de cette bâche (1) contre l'ensemble produits et support (4).
