Claims (17)

  1. Agent nettoyant, comprenant, en solution aqueuse
    (a) 0,1 à 30 % en poids d'au moins un éthercarboxylate de formule I R1(O-CH2-CH2-)k-OCH2COOM   k = 0-12
    (b) 0,1 à 40 % en poids d'au moins un tensioactif non ionique de formule II

    R1 est un radical alkyle, saturé ou insaturé, linéaire ou ramifié, comportant 4 à 18 atomes de carbone, ou un radical phénylalkyle comportant 10 à 18 atomes de carbone,
    M est un cation métallique monovalent, divalent ou trivalent et/ou un proton (H+),
    R2 et R3 représentent respectivement un radical alkyle, saturé ou insaturé, linéaire ou ramifié, comportant 3 à 18 atomes de carbone, ou un radical phénylalkyle comportant 10 à 18 atomes de carbone,
    la N-alkylpyrrolidone présente un radical alkyle saturé ou insaturé, linéaire ou ramifié, comportant 6 à 18 atomes de carbone,

  6. Agent nettoyant selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'il contient en outre jusqu'à 5 % en poids d'inhibiteurs de corrosion, d'agents de conservation, de correcteurs d'odeurs et de colorants.
  7. Agent nettoyant selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce qu'il contient en outre jusqu'à 30 % en poids de tensioactifs non ioniques qui ne sont pas sélectionnés dans le groupe défini par la formule II.

  9. Agent nettoyant selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce qu'il contient en outre, dans une forme de réalisation contenant des enzymes, jusqu'à 10 % en poids de monoalkyléther d'éthylèneglycol, de monoalkyléther de diéthylèneglycol, de monoalkyléther de propylèneglycol, de monoalkyléther de dipropylèneglycol ou de leurs mélanges, le radical alkyle saturé, linéaire ou ramifié, présentant 1 à 6 atomes de carbone.
  10. Agent nettoyant selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce qu'il présente une valeur de pH comprise entre 4,0 et 13,0, et dans le cas d'une forme de réalisation contenant des enzymes, une valeur de pH comprise entre 4,0 et 8,5.
  11. Solution d'application contenant l'agent nettoyant tel que défini dans l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10 en solution aqueuse ou aqueuse/alcoolique.
  12. Solution d'application selon la revendication 11, caractérisée en ce qu'on utilise dans la solution aqueuse/alcoolique un alcool monovalent comportant deux ou trois atomes de carbone.
  13. Utilisation de l'agent nettoyant selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10 et de la solution d'application selon l'une quelconque des revendications 11 ou 12 pour nettoyer des appareils médicaux, des instruments chirurgicaux, des matériaux anesthésiants, des endoscopes rigides et flexibles.
  14. Utilisation selon la revendication 13 pour nettoyer des instruments chirurgicaux, des endoscopes rigides et flexibles dans des automates de nettoyage et de désinfection.
  15. Utilisation selon la revendication 14 pour nettoyer des instruments chirurgicaux, des endoscopes fixes et flexibles dans des automates de nettoyage et de désinfection, où, après l'étape de nettoyage peut être effectuée une désinfection thermique ou chimico-thermique avec les agents désinfectants usuels pouvant être utilisés à cette fin.
