To increase security during transport, in particular when transporting toxic, flammable or corrosive gases, two pressure gas containers (tubes) of the trailer are not advantageous Gas mixture filled (separate piping). The trailer is z. B. with a nitrogen tube and an empty or evacuated tube equipped.
The nitrogen tube is a pressurized gas container filled with nitrogen. This can be used for flushing damaged pipes or as Back pressure medium can be used. In addition, at Use the residual pressure valve as nitrogen Pneumatic control air from the MCR technology can be used. Furthermore, the nitrogen is used to purge the plant components used can be used after fumigation.
The empty or evacuated tube can be half of the damage Absorb the amount of gas from a defective tube and thus help to repair the damage limit.
The trailer is usually equipped with individually lockable tubes. The valve position of the shut-off valve on the trailer is preferred clearly recognizable by an opening indicator at a distance.
abzulesen.Using the example in Fig. 1, the manual manometric

Gasdosierung am Trailer wird in Fig. 2 gezeigt. Die Tubes 9, 10, 11 sind
jeweils mit einer Einrichtung 7 zur temperatur-kompensierten
Druckerfassung ausgestattet.
Fig. 1.

Anzeigeeinheit 12 angeordnet. Nicht gezeigt werden die Absperrventile
für jede einzelne Tube.
