Claims (7)
- Heizkessel miteinem Wassermantel (2), der an eine Vor- und an eine Rücklaufleitung (3,4) angeschlossen ist,einer Brennkammer, die im oberen Bereich des Wassermantels (2) angeordnet ist,einem Brenner, der mit der Brennkammer verbunden ist undmindestens einem von der Brennkammer aus nach unten durch den Wassermantel (2) hindurchgeführten Heizrohr (5), das mit einer Rauchgasleitung (11) in Verbindung steht und eine Mehrzahl von Rauchgas-Leiteinsätzen (7) enthält,wobei das Heizrohr (5) nach oben über den Wassermantel (2) hinausgeführt ist und mit seinem oberen Abschnitt die Brennkammer bildet,wobei der Brenner als Sturzbrenner (6) ausgebildet und nach unten gerichtet auf dem oberen Ende des Heizrohres (5) angeordnet ist, undwobei die Rauchgas-Leiteinsätze (7) topfförmig ausgebildet sind, mit ihrem oberen, radial nach außen abstehenden Rand an das Heizrohr (5) angrenzen und in ihrer Seitenwandung düsenartige Durchtrittsöffnungen (8) aufweisen.
- Heizkessel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der oberste, die Brennkammer begrenzende Leiteinsatz tiefer als die nachfolgenden Leiteinsätze ausgebildet ist.
- Heizkessel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Heizrohr (5) als einteiliger Mantel aus Edelstahl ausgebildet ist.
- Heizkessel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3 , dadurch gekennnzeichnet, daß das Heizrohr (5) auf einer Bodenplatte (12) des Heizkessels abgestützt ist.
- Heizkessel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, gekennzeichnet durch einen zur Horizontalen geneigten Kondensat-Sammelboden (9), der einen Zwischenboden des Heizrohres (5) bildet und in einen seitlichen Kondensat-Ablaufstutzen (19) übergeht.
- Heizkessel nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rauchgas-Leiteinsätze (7) von einer zentralen Stange (13) getragen werden, die auf dem Kondensat-Sammelboden (9) abgestützt ist.
- Heizkessel nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rauchgasleitung (11) oberhalb des Kondensat-Sammelbodens (9) seitlich vom Heizrohr (5) abzweigt.
