Claims (12)
- Mehrzylinder-Metallstrangpresse, deren in den Zylindern (32; 46; 53; 62) eines Zylinderholms (1) geführte Preßkolben (31; 47; 54; 64) über ihre Kolbenstangen (33; 48; 55; 63) mit einem Gegenholm (5) verbunden sind und bei der der Zylinderholm (1) und der Gegenholm (5) durch Beaufschlagung der Preßkolben (31; 47; 54; 64) und damit die von dem Zylinderholm (1) einerseits und dem Gegenholm (5) andererseits abgestützten Werkzeuge (11, 30) (Matrize mit Blockaufnehmer und Preßstempel beim direkten Pressen, Matrizenstempel und Blockaufnehmer mit Verschlußstück beim indirekten Pressen) zum Preßvorgang relativ zueinander bewegbar sind, wobei die von den Preßkolben (31; 47; 54; 64) gegeneinander abgetrennten Zylinderteilräume (32H, 32R; 62H, 62R) durch ein bei dem Rückhub der Presse öffnendes Ventil (42; 70) miteinander verbindbar und für den Rückhub und den Vorlauf im Eilgang besondere Kolben-Zylinder-Einheiten vorgesehen sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Zylinderholm (1) ortsfest angeordnet und als Träger des feststehenden Preßwerkzeugs (11) (Matrize beim direkten, Matrizenstempel beim indirekten Pressen) ausgebildet ist und daß die in den Zylindern (32; 46; 53; 62) des Zylinderholms (1) angeordneten Preßkolben (31; 47; 54; 64) auf der ihrer Wirkfläche entgegengesetzten Seite mit jeweils einem den freien Zylinderraum (32R, 62R) bis auf eine der Wirkfläche des Preßkolbens (31; 47; 54; 64) entsprechende Wirkfläche einschränkenden, den Abstand zwischen den Preßkolben (31; 47; 54; 64) und den Zylinderabschlüssen (36; 52; 58; 65) (Deckel bzw. Ringdeckel) überbrückenden Füllkörpern (40; 49; 57; 67) verbunden sind, und daß die Füllkörper (40; 49; 57; 67) mit mindestens einer, eine Winkelabwichung zwischen Zylinderachse und Preßkolbenachse ausgleichenden radialen Freiheit zwischen Preßkolben (31; 47; 54; 64) und Zylinderabschluß (36; 52; 58; 67) angebunden sind. - Mehrzylinder-Metallstrangpresse, deren in den Zylindern (82) eines Zylinderholms (1) geführte Preßkolben (84) über ihre Kolbenstangen (83) mit einem Gegenholm (5) verbunden sind und bei der der Zylinderholm (1) und der Gegenholm (5) durch Beaufschlagung der Preßkolben (84) und damit die von dem Zylinderholm (1) einerseits und dem Gegenholm (5) andererseits abgestützten Werkzeuge (11, 30) (Matrize mit Blockaufnehmer und Preßstempel beim direkten Pressen, Matrizenstempel und Blockaufnehmer mit Verschlußstück beim indirekten Pressen) zum Preßvorgang relativ zueinander bewegbar sind, wobei die von den Preßkotben (84) gegeneinander abgetrennten Zylinderteilräume (84H, 84R) durch ein bei dem Rückhub der Presse öffnendes Ventil (91) miteinander verbindbar und für den Rückhub und den Vorlauf im Eilgang besondere Kolben-Zylinder-Einheiten vorgesehen sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Zylinderholm (1) ortsfest angeordnet und als Träger des feststehenden Preßwerkzeugs (11) (Matrize beim direkten, Matritzenstempel beim indirekten Presen) ausgebildet ist und daß in den Zylindern (82) auf der der Wirkfläche der Preßkolben (84) abgekehrten Seite unter Gas-/Federdruck stehende, den Preßkolben (84) bei ihrem Rückhub nachfahrende Trennkolben (88) angeodnet sind, die zwischen sich und den Preßkolben (84) Speicher (82R) zur Aufnahme der von den Preßkolben (84) verdrängten Ölvolumen bilden. - Mehrzylinderpresse nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Füllkörper von zwischen Preßkolben (31; 64) und Zylinderabschlußdeckel (36; 65) angeordnete mit diesen endseitig verbundene Telskoprohre (40; 67) gebildet sind, deren mittlerer Außendurchmesser dem Durchmesser der Kolbenstange (33; 63) des Preßkolbens (31; 64) entspricht. - Mehrzylinderpresse nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das erste, innere Teleskopglied als ein Kolben (64) und Kolbenstange (63) verlängernder Zapfen (68) ausgebildet ist. - Mehrzylinderpresse nach Anspruch 3 oder 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das letzte, äußere Teleskopglied (67/1) als in den Zylinderabschlußdeckel eingesetztes Rohrstück und der Zylinderabschlußdeckel (65) als Haube (66) ausgebildet ist, wobei das Rohrstück (67/1) und die Höhlung der Haube (66) zusammengenommen eine der Einschubtiefe des vorletzten Teleskopgliedes (67/2) entsprechende Tiefe aufweisen. - Mehrzylinderpresse nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Inneräume der Teleskoprohre (40; 67) mit Abläufen (44; 79) zum Ölsammelbehälter versehen sind. - Mehrzylinderpresse nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die die Zylinder (31) schließenden Deckel (36) je einen mittig angeordneten Plungerkolben (35) stützen, die Preßkolben (31) mit ihren Kolbenstangen (33) mit Zylinderbohrungen (34) versehen sind, in die die Plungerkolben (35) eintauchen und zum Rückhub der Presse beaufschlagbar sind. - Mehrzylinderpresse nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Druckmittelzufuhr zur Beaufschlagung der Plungerkolben (35) durch eine den Plungerkolben (35) längs durchsetzende Bohrung (37) erfolgt. - Mehrzylinderpresse nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die die Zylinder (62) schließenden Deckel je ein mittig angeordnetes Degenrohr (73) stützen, die Preßkolben (64) mit ihren Kolbenstangen (63) mit Zylinderbohrungen (74) versehen sind, in die die als Steuerleitungen zum Ansteuern der schaltbaren Sperrventile (70) dienenden Degenrohre (73) dichtend eintauchen. - Mehrzylinderpresse nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Füllkörper (49) den den Zylinder (46) abschließenden Deckel (52) duchsetzt, eine Dichtung (51) zwischen Deckel (52) und Füllkörper (49) vorgesehen ist und der Füllkörper (49) Kugelgelenkig (50) mit dem Kolben 47) verbunden ist. - Mehrzylinderpresse nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Füllkörper (57) den den Zylinder (53) abschließenden Deckel (58) durchsetzt, eine Dichtung (59) zwischen Deckel (58) und Füllkörper (57) vorgsehen ist und die Dichtung (49) in dem Deckel (58) begrenzt radial beweglich gehalten ist. - Mehrzylinderpresse nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche

daß die Füllkörper (40; 67) umgebenden äußeren Ringräume (32R; 62R) über Ausgleichsleitungen (45; 77) mit dem Ölsammelbehälter verbunden sind.
