Abstract

  • les systèmes les plus anciens comprennent d'une part un appareil mobile de type wagon portant l'élément de voie à poser ayant la même longueur que celui-ci et comprenant un support à chenilles à sa partie avant, pour rouler et amener, dans l'emplacement prévu, cet élément (l'arrière de l'appareil mobile restant sur la voie d'amenée), et d'autre part des portiques fixes pré-installés sur au moins un coté de cet emplacement pour soulever l'élément de voie de l'appareil mobile qui peut alors se dégager, l'élément de voie étant alors déposé par lesdits portiques : de tels systèmes sont décrits par exemple dans le brevet FR 2 314 299 publié le 7/01/77 et déposé par la Société PROFIMEX, ou encore dans la demande de brevet suisse 658-085 de la Société MATISA MATERIEL ;
  • un autre type de système comprend un wagon de type "standard" apte à transporter l'ensemble des éléments permettant la pose de l'élément de voie, composés de portiques montés sur des chenilles et supportant ledit élément de voie ; quand le wagon d'amené arrive près de l'emplacement prévu, on écarte alors les chenilles des portiques pour qu'elles viennent s'appuyer et rouler sur le sol de part et d'autre du wagon d'amené (les portiques soulevant l'élément de voie au dessus de celui-ci), jusqu'à son emplacement de dépose où il est descendu par lesdits portiques : de tels systèmes sont décrits par exemple dans la demande de brevet W094/26978 publiée le 24/11/94 et déposée par la Société finlandaise SINÖÖRITOIMISTO DESEC OY ;
  • enfin d'autres systèmes ont été développés en reprenant et combinant les techniques et les dispositifs des deux systèmes précédents dans le but sans doute de réduire les dispositifs mécaniques de mise en oeuvre, en particulier des chenilles comme dans les deuxièmes systèmes ci-dessus, tout en séparant leur fonction de celle des portiques qui restent cependant préfixés à l'élément de voie et amenées avec celui-ci ; c'est alors le wagon de transport situé en dessous de l'élément de voie qui comporte des chenilles pour pouvoir rouler dans l'emplacement de pose mais celles-ci sont situées dans l'axe du wagon comme dans les premiers systèmes ci-dessus, ne nécessitant pas alors un grand débord latéral de part et d'autre de la voie pour leur mise en oeuvre contrairement au deuxième système précédent, mais représentant un porte à faux axial important. De tels systèmes sont décrits par exemple dans le brevet US 4 773 332 délivré le 27/09/88 pour la Société autrichienne FRANZ PLASSER.

Method of laying track element using: at least one self-propelled vehicle (1) comprising at least two pairs of wheels (6) capable of moving the vehicle on the rails (3) of a supply track located in the axis of the location (10) where must being deposited said track element (2), at least one pair of tracks (5) liftable from the chassis (12) of said vehicle and able to move it on the ground (16) and an upper table (7) able to support at least part of said track element (2), at least one gantry (4) fixed above the track element (2) and comprising at least one pair of lateral support legs (13) capable of moving vertically and of lifting said track element (2) by ground support (16) characterized in that: the track element (2) is placed on at least two compact vehicles (1) which have a pair of tracks (5) raised and arranged laterally outside the wheels (6), at least two gantries (4) independent of the vehicles (1) are fixed above the track element (2), there are at the end and above this location (10) two temporary ramps (11) for positioning in the axis of the rails of the supply path (3), the assembly is advanced, carrying the track element (2), towards the location (10) by rolling on the supply track (3) until the first vehicle (1) drives and is located on the temporary ramps (11), the tracks (5) of this first vehicle (1) are lowered to the bottom of the space (10) and on either side of the temporary ramps (11), then the wheels of this first vehicle are lifted above temporary ramps (11) the assembly is continued to advance, on the one hand carried by the tracks (5) of the first vehicle and on the other hand by the wheels (6) of the following vehicles, until repeating the operation for these. when the assembly of the track element (2) is thus arranged above its location (10), the support legs (13) of the gantries (4) are lowered to take charge of the track element (2 ), the upper support tables (7) are released from the vehicles (1) and the temporary ramps (11) are removed, these vehicles (1) are evacuated in the axis of the track and the track element (2) is deposited in its location (10) by the gantry cranes (4).
