Abstract
Description
The invention is based on a device with which bags are fed to a machine in which they are opened and be filled. It is already such a device been proposed. Two roller chains carry the Stack of bags from the dock to where they are be opened. The two chains are common Shaft driven. The chain points to the side where the Bags are open, pins on, over which the bags with their protruding tab are striped. Are in the flap There are holes. The pin groups are evenly Chain circumference distributed. The distance from pin group to pin group depends on the widest bag and the Chain length. The second chain running in parallel transports the bag at its opposite end, the bottom. Also an angled link chain is used here. To slip to prevent the pouch from being transported screwed driver pins into the support blocks between the stacks.
The invention has for its object a device to feed bags that create the same Size of the chain has a higher storage volume.
Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe schlägt die Erfindung eine Vorrichtung
mit den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1 vor. Weiterbildungen
To achieve this object, the invention proposes a device
with the features of
By arranging a variety of brackets, the Holding members at very many points on the rotating transport device be attached so that the length of the Transport equipment better used and therefore more stacks can be accommodated by bags.
In a further development of the invention it can be provided that the Retaining members are releasably received in the brackets. The Retaining members can therefore be used when changing the bag size adapt to the new bags by placing them in the appropriate Brackets are used.
In particular, the invention proposes that the brackets are arranged in a grid dimension that is smaller than that Dimension of the bags measured in the direction of transport, in particular small compared to this dimension. If it is the Transport device is a rotating chain, can for example the pitch of the length of an individual Chain link correspond. This will make it possible Distance between successive stacks of bags to reduce to the size of the grid size.
According to the invention it can be provided in a further development that the brackets are designed such that the holding members released from them by bumping into a stop can be. This will make it possible to stack a bag or removing the rest of a stack of bags from the device, if the top pouch cannot be opened.
In particular, can be provided in a further development of the invention be that the holding members are pin-like, especially as a tube, d. H. hollow. That’s why Holding links very light and due to their light weight and they set their not very great stability reduced risk of injury, so that the device gets by with simpler protective measures. This is especially true then when the holding links are also simple move out of the brackets can be disengaged.
In a further development of the invention it can be provided that the Holding members thereby define the bags that these with Put holes on the holding links or put them on become.
In particular, it can be provided that the holding members one Head in the shape of an inverted truncated cone. On the one hand, they prevent an unwanted loosening of one Bag, but without its intended loosening for its filling to prevent.
According to the invention it can be provided that the holding members have a widened foot with which they are in the brackets can be set. The brackets can attack the shaft of the holding member while the widened Foot is inserted under part of the bracket and only can be removed in a certain direction.
According to the invention it can be provided in a further development that the holding links in a direction oblique to transverse to Transport direction can be inserted into the brackets can. In the same or the opposite direction they can can also be pushed out again.
According to the invention it can be provided that parallel to the Transport device, for example as a rotating Chain, as a circumferential band, as a circumferential belt or The like can be formed, a second transport device is arranged.
In particular, it can be provided that the second transport device is driven in synchronism with the first.
According to the invention, the second transport device can also Have receptacles for holding members, especially the same receptacles for the same holding members. This are then inserted into the brackets so that they are in pairs enclose the stacks of bags between them. On this way even at high transport speeds prevents the bags from slipping sideways.
The bags can, for example, be arranged in such a way that they are held on the first transport device and approximately in the middle of its length on the second transport device lie on. The rest of the bag can then be over hang down the second conveyor. For larger ones Bags can be provided according to the invention that the device has a support rail that is parallel to the or the transport devices. With that, the Bag then simply supported.
To adapt to different bag sizes, according to the invention the distance between the first transport device and the second transport device can be adjustable, likewise the distance between the first transport device and the support rail. In particular, it can be provided that when adjusting the distance between the two transport devices at the same time the distance to the Service rails are changed so that they are always, for example in the middle between the transport devices lie.
The invention proposes seen in the direction of transport behind the place where the bags are opened and removed be an ejection device for those bags or To provide stacks of bags that are faulty or themselves behave incorrectly. They can’t go here anymore required holding members can be pushed out. At this Ejecting device can in particular be a act obliquely, where the push-out effect is achieved in that the transport device the holding members moved against the inclined surface.

Fig. 4 now shows a stack of bags 17 in which the top one
Transporteinrichtung 1, also auch rechts in Fig. 2.
in Fig. 6 dargestellt.
Fig. 5 shows a plan view of an enlarged scale

Fig. 7 zeigt wiederum in vergrößertem Maßstab ein Halteglied
Fig. 7 again shows a holding member on an
The device proposed by the invention works as
follows. The bags are combined in stacks and with

In the same way, the holding
