- the proposed method allows to package articles and corresponding informative sheets inside relative containers, rejecting not the whole package, but only a part thereof which is really defective.
- the described solution refers to a packaging machine equipped with feeding lines, which move in an intermittent way. However, it is possible to use the present method also for packaging machines with feeding lines moving in a continuous way.
- the correct working time relation between the feeding lines is restored by suitably changing the relative speeds of these lines, e.g. accelerating the speed of the line, where the anomaly has been signaled, after having ejected the defective product.

Claims (6)
- Procédé d'emballage d'articles dans des récipients qui leur sont adaptés, comprenant l'amenée, le long de première, deuxième et troisième lignes d'amenée (10, 20, 30) respectives disposées parallèlement et côte à côte, d'une pluralité d'articles (1) à emballer, d'une pluralité correspondante de feuilles d'informations (2) et de récipients (3) adaptés pour contenir lesdits articles (1) accompagnés des feuilles d'informations (2) correspondantes ; caractérisé en ce queon fait marcher lesdites première, deuxième et troisième lignes d'amenée (10, 20 et 30) indépendamment les unes des autres et selon une synchronisation adaptée au moyen de premier, deuxième et troisième actionneurs (12, 22 et 32) respectifs;on vérifie la présence et l'intégrité desdits articles (1), desdites feuilles d'informations (2) et des récipients (3) dans lesdites première, deuxième et troisième lignes d'amenée (10, 20 et 30) par des premier, deuxième et troisième capteurs (15, 25 et 35) respectifs ;rejeter les articles (1), les feuilles d'informations (2) et/ou les récipients (3) défectueux détectés indépendamment par lesdits premier, deuxième et troisième capteurs (15, 25 et 35) dans lesdites première, deuxième et troisième lignes d'amenée (10, 20 et 30) ;agir sur les actionneurs (12, 22 et 32) respectifs pour changer les conditions d'opération desdites première, deuxième et troisième lignes d'amenée (10, 20 et 30) indépendamment les unes des autres en cas de détection d'une anomalie par l'un quelconque des capteurs (15, 25, 35), de manière à restaurer la synchronisation correcte entre ces première, deuxième et troisième lignes d'amenée (10, 20 et 30) en correspondance avec des moyens (40) pour transférer lesdits articles (1) accompagnés des feuilles d'informations (2) correspondantes à l'intérieur desdits récipients (3).
- Procédé, selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdites première, deuxième et troisième lignes d'amenée (10, 20 et 30) sont gérées pour se déplacer par pas et en ce que celles desdites première, deuxième et troisième lignes d'amenée (10, 20 et 30) qui sont correctement alimentées, sont arrêtées, de manière à permettre un mouvement de celle seulement desdites première, deuxième et troisième lignes d'amenée (10, 20 et 30) dans laquelle l'anomalie a été signalée, de manière à restaurer la synchronisation correcte.
- Procédé, selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les articles défectueux (1) sont évacués par un premier évacuateur (16) respectif dans une station située en amont desdits moyens de transfert (40).
- Procédé, selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les récipients (3) défectueux sont évacués par un troisième évacuateur (36) respectif dans une station située en amont desdits moyens de transfert (40).
- Procédé, selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdits premier, deuxième et troisième actionneurs (12, 22 et 32) sont commandés par une unité de traitement (50) dirigée par lesdits premier, deuxième et troisième capteurs (15, 25 et 35).
- Procédé, selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite synchronisation correcte est restaurée en changeant les vitesses mutuelles relatives desdites première, deuxième et troisième lignes d'amenée (10, 20 et 30), lesdites première, deuxième et troisième lignes d'amenée (10, 20 et 30) étant gérées de manière à se déplacer de façon continue par lesdits premier, deuxième et troisième actionneurs (12, 22 et 32).
