Definitions
- the invention relates to a dispenser for media.
- You can liquid, but also a paste, a powder, a gas or the like. be or contain and are flowable or free-flowing.
- the Donors should be carried and operated with one hand to discharge the flowable or non-flowable medium. All or almost all components, especially the exposed ones Components should consist of plastic or injection molding.
- the donor can work from a store during a work or Refill the stroke cycle. It can also be in separate Storage chambers several separately portioned and one after the other media cans to be discharged included. Furthermore, he can intended for single use or media discharge and be emptied after this. To avoid aging, chemical change or contamination of the medium is said to Storage chamber tight and possibly in the presence of germicidal Means to be locked.
- the medium should only be in Come in contact with materials that are neither with the Medium still react chemically through contact with the Change the medium physically. This is with common thermoplastic or other plastics, such as polyethylene, or with elastomers such as rubber, chlorine or bromobutyl rubber, difficult to reach.
- the dispenser can be unintentionally caused by external forces be actuated if it is only frictional against actuation, e.g. by a Locking device is secured.
- the storage chamber can with a plug or the like. like a pump piston, which is initially closed by its piston rod separated and then connected to it.
- a form-fitting actuation safeguard can, e.g. by a mutual rotation of the two units of the Dispensers, accidentally resolved.
- a dispenser has become known from DE 197 00 437 A1, which is used as an Elnweg double atomizer is trained.
- the medium stored in a glass ampoule is completed by a plunger stopper inserted in the ampoule. This is at the actuation pierced by a needle and driven into the ampoule so that the medium is discharged.
- the actuation is done by facing each other Pressure on the fingers.
- a lock is provided that the discharge after the first partial stroke interrupts and unlocked against each other by rotating two housing parts to make the second partial stroke.
- the invention has for its object to provide a dispenser in which Disadvantages of known training or the type described are avoided and in particular a secure closure of the medium during storage times Closure of the storage chamber or guaranteed by preventing operation. It should also be possible to recognize whether the dispenser has already been used or is in operation has been. Furthermore, the dispenser should be simple in structure and handling.
- closure means are provided which seal the storage chamber keep closed or their relative movement in the sense of a media discharge prevent.
- a movement to release this fuse is in the area of the fuse or Sealing surface linear or parallel to the level of the storage outlet. It can too an arc or swivel motion.
- the closure member could in the Release position remain connected to the dispenser, which also means the use of the Donors can be easily recognized.
- the closure member according to the invention is suitable for the media store stuck to one of the donor's units e.g. to lock. This Components then form a pre-assembled assembly unit. This is then with the other Assemble dispenser unit in one axial movement.
- the closure member can only by pulling, but also by pressure, in the release position. By pressure can be overcome a rest that the closure member against loosening movements locked.
- the memory can be fixed or movable on the associated unit his. When inserting or loosening the locking element or during discharge operation the memory can be moved relative to this unit.
- the closure member can be with two of them facing away from each other or two facing clamping surfaces are clamped directly opposite the storage. Also, one of these clamping surfaces can only be used indirectly, namely via an intermediate body, attack the store. The two clamping surfaces then act on separate bodies. These are for tension both in the release direction and in the transverse direction Clamping direction movable against each other. The clamping surfaces can be parallel to the release or clamping direction be firmly connected. Then the intermediate body dispensable. The clamping surfaces are namely directly on the housing of the associated Dispenser unit and supported on the store.
- the closure part can between the storage outlet and the pump piston or Piston plunger.
- the piston can also be used as a storage chamber additional plugs are located. This seals through radial pressure and so on not like the closure part by axial pressure. Is the closure part only for Actuating lock provided, it can also in its secure position a snap or predetermined breaking connection must be secured, namely against the associated one Dispenser unit. Then at the beginning of the movement of the discharge operation the Securing part only by loosening or breaking this connection transferred to release position.

- the thigh 46 protrude here only in direction 23 over the plate 45. she point at their ends against the longitudinal center plane 26 Ledges on. These form the wedge surfaces 47, which face the surface 31 and are linear on the counter surface 48 of the memory 8 are biased.
- the area 48 is conical at an obtuse angle. It is through the transition between Sheath 16 and flange 18 formed as well as from the closing surface 19 turned away.
- the seal 30 is on the inside of the connecting section 45. The seal 30 extends up to the inner surfaces of the webs 46.
- the parts 8, 21 can be pre-assembled and then only be mounted on unit 3 or body 6. So can the chamber 9 immediately after filling the media the part 21 are sealed. Pushes at the pump stroke the mandrel 29 between the memory 8 beyond the wall 33 the jackets 35, 36 and enters the jacket 42.
- the coat 32 overlaps the outer circumference of the jacket 27. So the jacket 27 or the body 5 completely pushed into the cap 32, 33 be and permanently on the outer circumference of the Coat 42 slide.
- the securing part 21 is here directly opposite Body 6 or the piston unit 13, 14 braced.
- the free The end of the piston 14 forms the counter surface 48 System on the clamping surface 47.
- the counterpart for the locking member 49 can therefore through the inner circumference of the jacket 41 or of the jacket 32 may be formed.
- the handle 55 is here completely sunk in the jacket 32 or in the opening 51 arranged.
- the handle 55 stands over the outer circumference of the Coat 32 not before.
- part 21 shows expanded push member 58, like a button.
- the handle 55, 58 are relative to the intermediate section 45, 46 extended.
- the end 58 is also completely sunk in the jacket 32 or in the opening 52.
- the links 55, 58 form continuous continuations of the outer circumference of the Jacket 32.
- To solve part 21 must first against the Button 58 are pressed. So part 21 is moved so far that the handle 55 protrudes far enough from the jacket 32 to be gripped become.
- the link 58 can be formed by a component separate from the part 21.
- the parts 21, 58 can be connected via a predetermined breaking point. The link 58 remain on the body 6 when the part 21 is released. The link 58 then does not have to be moved between the memory 8 and piston 14.
- the bodies 5, 6 can also directly against each other by a housing fuse 60 be secured. It includes a pull-off protection 59 against axial Pull apart in the starting position and an anti-rotation lock 61 against mutual twisting in any position or until the rotation lock between the Bodies 5, 7 takes effect.
- a corresponding housing fuse can also be provided directly between the bodies 6, 7.
- the housing fuse points at Body 5 cams 62, which are distributed around the axis 10, from the outer circumference of the Jacket 27 protrude radially outward and to the bottom surfaces of openings 56 connect. Counter cams 63 for the cams 62 are over the inner circumference of the Mantels 32 before and are at its free end.
- the cams 62, 63 form one Snap connection.
- Cams 62, 63 diverge radially from one another, because the bodies 5, 6 are resiliently deformed. Then the cams jump 62, 63 so that they block the units 2, 3 form-fitting. the same Cams 62 can also be provided for the rotation lock 61 and in longitudinal grooves engage on the inner circumference of the jacket 32.
- the two bodies 6, 7 are axial or with respect Rotational movements permanently connected to each other. So they form separate longitudinal sections of unit 3 of equal length and close via housing fuse 60 stuck to each other.
- the jacket 32 protrudes into the jacket 41 in.
- the jackets 32, 41 are with snap members 62, 63 connected.
- the jacket 41 extends to the inside of the wall 33.
- the jacket 32 extends to the inside of the wall 43.
- Die Wall 33 is elongated oval in axial view. she stands different over the entire circumference of the coats 32, 41 far ahead and forms only two on both sides of the nozzle 34 opposing pressure surfaces 39. These are in the axial plane, which is perpendicular to plane 26.
- the length of the coats 32, 41 is smaller than their diameter or half or a quarter from that.
- the memory 8 is completely in the starting position inside the body 7 and does not protrude into the body 6 into it.
- the body 5, 7 thereby form a fuse 20 pre-assembled unit with the body 6 then only over the Fuse 60 is to be connected.
- the body 5 has for inclusion of the memory 8 has a sleeve-shaped section which is completely lies in the body 7 and has the jacket 27. In this the jacket 16 is centered with radial play.
- the flange 18 lies with a small axial distance from the end face 44 outside the jacket 27. This goes over an annular Front wall 65 into a section 67, which is slimmer and is sleeve-shaped. The section is in the starting position 67 completely free, since it moves out of the body 7 in the direction 23 stands out, namely by the dimension of the working stroke or by the Distance between the opposite end faces of the piston 14 and the bottom 17.
- the body 7 forms on upstream end an annular end wall 66 which over protrudes its inner circumference. Section 67 protrudes from it out. It secures the body 5 against being pulled off the body 7 in that the walls 65, 66 form-fit to each other attacks.
- the wall 65 lies between the walls 17, 66. In In the starting position, the walls 17, 66 abut the wall 65. The wall 65 immediately transmits the actuation pressure the floor 17.
- Link 41, 63 can also be formed by individual axial projections, for example by four projections that are evenly around the Axis 10 are distributed and spaced from each other. They are symmetrical to the axial plane 26 and delimit window openings between them.
- the coats 18, 27 are on the Longitudinal edges slidably guided by axial ribs. These ribs stand from the inner circumference of the jacket 42 or from the inner circumference of the jacket 35 in one piece. Corresponding ribs 29 are also provided on the inner circumference of the jacket 67. Its bottom 28 forms the handle 38.
- the securing part 21 or its guide 40 is only on Body 7 and not provided on the body 6.
- the piston 14 and the jacket 36 are in the direction 23 to the jacket 41 or 42 before. So the piston 14 stands over the rest of the body 6, namely the coat 32 before.
- the clamping surface 47 has different ones Inclines. In the area where they are in the safety position bears on the counter surface 48, it has the slightest slope.
- the surface 48 is shaped like a spherical cap Deepening or through the free end face of the Piston 14 formed. On them is the dome-shaped projection 47 adjusted.
- the two surfaces 47, 48 thus form one spring detachable snap connection of the locking means 50. Das Locking member 49 is therefore unnecessary. From the intervention in the Surface 48, surface 47 falls in both directions 24, 25 as well as transversely to the legs 46 from flat.
- a blind hole in the channel 13 extends from the surface 48 only over a minor portion of the length of the shaft 15 in the coat 36 into it.
- the blind hole connects to the floor transverse channels 68 to the inner circumference of the Sheath 36 are directed. From this inner circumference and that The outer circumference of the shaft 15 is limited by axial channels 69, the laterally opposite the axis 10 and the channel 13 are offset. At the upstream ends of channels 69 each connects a transverse channel 68. The downstream Ends extend to the associated end of the shaft 15.
- Die Channels 69 can be formed by longitudinal grooves in the shaft 15 and open into the swirl or swirl device 70. Their Channel depressions are only in the inside of the end wall 71 of the connector 34 provided. The cross section of the channels 69 is much smaller than that of the channels 13, 68.
- the opening 72 of the channel 13, which passes through the surface 48, is closed pressure-tight by the surface 47. So a manually operated valve is formed and contamination the outlet channel 13, 68, 69, 70 during the Storage is prevented.
- the cam 49 stands over one of the plate surfaces, namely the wedge surface 47, partially before; 5, the cam 49 protrudes laterally the outsides of the central portion of part 21; 7, the cam 49 is only over the deepest part the surface 47 in front, but not over the highest part. 4 can due to the self-locking on a snap lock to be dispensed with.
- the snap lock is here directly opposite the memory 8 possible.
- the closing surface 19 is from the outlet 12 to the outer circumference of the memory 8 throughout.
- Part 21 has one Deepening, which is limited throughout its scope is and receives the seal 30. So are the two sides Level 26 the narrow legs 46 and on both sides of it rectangular projections 55, 58 are formed, which adjoin this deepening.

- Parts 8, 30 could also be made of the same material exist or be formed in one piece with each other.
- the guide 40 and its openings 51, 52 are exclusive provided in the jacket 42.
- the memory 8 first in direction 23 in body 5 and then in with this same direction in the body 7 are used. After that part 21 is used in direction 25.
- the so educated The assembly can then be attached to the body 6 in the direction 22 become. Only then do the surfaces 47, 48 come into mutual contact Intervention until the axial locking pressure is established. It could also be just bodies 5, 7, 8 as pre-assembled Group are added to the body 6, after which the part 21st is used.
- the opening movement of part 21 can also be a rotary motion, e.g. around axis 10 or around one Axis 10 laterally offset parallel axis. Also a move across to level 26 is conceivable.
