Description
Claims (5)
- Stanzpresse, insbesondere Schnelläuferpresse, mit einem Pressenrahmen, mit mindestens einem Stössel (3) zur Aufnahme von Werkzeugen zur Bearbeitung eines in einer Bandlaufrichtung (A) entlang einer Bandlaufebene (B) schrittweise vorgeschobenen bandförmigen Materials, welche Presse eine parallel zur Bandlaufrichtung verlaufende Antriebswelle (5) aufweist, die über Antriebsglieder mit dem Stössel antriebsverbunden ist, welcher Stössel bei mindestens einer Stelle zwischen der Antriebswelle und der Bandlaufebene durch obere Stösselführungen (4, 4a) im Pressenrahmen geführt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die oberen Stösselführungen einen Freiheitsgrad der Bewegung in der Bandlaufrichtung aufweisen.
- Stanzpresse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stössel in der Bandlaufebene durch untere Stösselführungen (6, 9) in Hubrichtung des Stössels bewegbar geführt ist.
- Stanzpresse nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Antriebsglieder bei einem Ende auf der Antriebswelle exzentrisch gelagerte und beim entgegengesetzten Ende über jeweils ein Kugelgelenk am Stössel angelenkte Pleuel (2, 2a) aufweisen.
- Stanzpresse nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Antriebsglieder bei einem Ende in Bandlaufrichtung pendelnd auf der Antriebswelle gelagerte Pleuel aufweisen.
- Stanzpresse nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Antriebsglieder bei einem Ende über Pendelrollenlager (12, 12a) in Bandlaufrichtung pendelnd auf der Antriebswelle exzentrisch gelagert Pleuel aufweisen.
