Description
Claims (7)
- Stanzpresse mit einem Pressengehäuse (23), mindestens einem Stössel (56; 57), einem Stanzraum, in welchem eine Bandlaufebene (60) eines jeweiligen, in Bandvorschubrichtung durch den Stanzraum vorzuschiebenden, zu verarbeitenden Bandes festgelegt ist, mit einer Antriebseinrichtung (5, 6), die mit einer Anordnung von Kniehebeleinheiten (15a, 15b; 16a, 16b; 17a, 17b; 18a, 18b) verbunden ist, die in Bandvorschubrichtung zu beiden Seiten der Antriebseinrichtung (5, 6) angeordnet sind, wobei bei mindestens einer Seite der Antriebseinrichtung (5, 6) mindestens zwei Kniehebeleinheiten (15a, 15b; 16a, 16b; bzw. 17a, 17b; 18a, 18b) angeordnet sind, und dass alle Kniehebeleinheiten (15a, 15b; 16a, 16b; 17a, 17b; 18a, 18b) mit mindestens einem Stössel (56, 57) antriebsverbunden sind und jede Kniehebeleinheit (15a, 15b; 16a, 16b; 17a, 17b; 18a, 18b) einen ersten (15a, 16a, 17a, 18a) und einen daran angelenkten zweiten Lenker (15b, 16b, 17b, 18b) aufweist, welcher zweite Lenker (15b, 16b, 17b, 18b) mittels eines Gelenkbolzens (24, 25, 26, 27) an der Drucksäule (28, 29, 30, 31) angelenkt ist, welcher Gelenkbolzen (24, 25, 26, 27) am Pressengehäuse (23) in Hubrichtung des Stössels (56, 57) verschiebbar und in einer Richtung quer zur Hubrichtung des Stössels (56,57) unverschiebbar geführt sind.
- Stanzpresse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zu beiden Seiten der Antriebseinrichtung (5, 6) jeweils zwei Kniehebeleinheiten (15a, 15b; 16a, 16b; 17a, 17b; 18a, 18b) angeordnet sind, welche an jeweils einer Drucksäule (28, 29, 30, 31) angelenkt sind, so dass die Stanzpresse vier Drucksäulen (28, 29, 30, 31) aufweist.
- Stanzpresse nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zu beiden Seiten der Antriebseinrichtung (5, 6) jeweils zwei Kniehebeleinheiten 15a, 15b; 16a, 16b, bzw. 17a, 17b; 18a, 18b) angeordnet sind, die über ihre jeweilige Drucksäule (28, 29, 30, 31) an einem Stössel (56,57) angelenkt sind, so dass die Stanzpresse zwei getrennte Stössel (56, 57) enthält, die in Bandvorschubrichtung einen gegenseitigen Abstand aufweisen.
- Stanzpresse nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Exzenterwellen (19, 20) der auf der einen Seite der Antriebseinrichtung (5,6) angeordneten Kniehebeleinheiten (15a, 15b; 16a, 16b) mit einem ersten Antrieb (42,43) und die Exzenterwellen (21, 22) der auf der anderen Seite der Antriebseinrichtung (5, 6) angeordneten Kniehebeleinheiten (17a, 17b; 18a, 18b) mit einem zweiten Antrieb (41, 44) gekoppelt sind, so dass die Exzenterwellen (19, 20; 21, 22) und damit die Stössel (56, 57) in ihrer Höhenlage voneinander getrennt oder synchron verstellbar sind.
- Stanzpresse nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Stössel (56, 57) bei einem Endbereich zwei in einen gegenseitigen Abstand angeordnete Führungssäulen (58, 59; 63, 64) aufweist, die mit dem Pressengehäuse (23) verbunden und in der Bandlaufebene (60) geführt sind.
- Stanzpresse nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass beim Bereich jedes Stössels (56,57) eine von dessen zwei Führungssäulen (58, 59; 63, 64) entfernt angeordnete, weitere Führungssäulen (69, 70) mit dem Pressengehäuse (23) fest verbunden ist, die in eine weitere, im Stössel (56, 57) angeordnete Führungseinheit (67, 68) hineinragt, die oberhalb der Bandlaufebene (60) angeordnet ist, so dass jeder Stössel (56, 57) an drei Stellen geführt ist.
- Stanzpresse nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Antriebseinrichtung (5, 6) zwei gemeinsam von einer Antriebseinheit (1,2) gegensinnig getriebene, voneinander wegragende Pleuel (5, 6) gebildet ist, die über eine jeweilige Verbindungslasche (9a, 9b; 10a, 10b) mit den Kniehebeleinheiten (15a, 15b; 16a, 16b; 17a, 17b; 18a, 18b) antriebsverbunden ist.
