In Figur 2 ist eine Oszillationsvorrichtung 13 dargestellt, mit der das Schleifelement 9 in Richtung der Achse 14 des Laufrings 1 und somit in Richtung des Doppelpfeils 15 oszillierend bewegt wird. Dabei wird das Schleifelement 9 von einem mechanischen, hydraulischen oder pneumatischen Antrieb 16, z.B. einem Zylinder o.dgl., angetrieben. Dabei greift am Schleifelement 9 direkt eine Antriebstange 17 an, wohingegen sich das Schleifelement 9 auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite an einer Feder 18 (Schraubendruckfeder) abstützt.
Claims (16)
- Vorrichtung zum Rotationsschneiden von bahnförmigem Material mit einer Rotationsschneidwalze, welche an ihrer Außenoberfläche wenigstens eine Schneide trägt, und einem Gegenwerkzeug (2), wobei das bahnförmige Material zwischen dem Gegenwerkzeug (2) und der Rotationsschneidwalze hindurchgeführt wird, und die Rotationsschneidwalze wenigstens einen, insbesondere zwei Laufringe (1) aufweist, die am Umfang des Gegenwerkzeugs (2) anliegen und über die die Zustellung der Schneide zum Gegenwerkzeug (2) bestimmbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens eine Schleifeinrichtung (5) mit wenigstens einem Schleifelement (9) vorgesehen ist, dass die Schleifeinrichtung (5) während des Schneidvorganges auf den bzw. die Laufringe (1) aufsetzbar und mit dem Schleifelement (9) Material von den Laufringen (1) abtragbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schleifeinrichtung (5) auf das bzw. die Laufringe (1) aufschwenkbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schleifeinrichtung (5) im Bedarfsfall, insbesondere manuell oder automatisch, aufsetzbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schleifeinrichtung (5) mechanisch, pneumatisch und/oder hydraulisch aufsetzbar und/oder andrückbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schleifdauer frei wählbar und einstellbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Anspressdruck frei wählbar ist und insbesondere pulsierend ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schleifelemente (9) auf den Laufring (1) bzw. das Gegenwerkzeug (2) abgestimmt ist und insbesondere einen Sandwich-Aufbau aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schleifeinrichtung (5) oder das Schleifelement (9) quer zur Drehrichtung des Werkstücks oszillierend bewegbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schleifelement (9) breiter oder schmaler als der Laufring (1) ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schleifeinrichtung (5) dem Schleifelement (9) vorgesetzte und/oder nachgesetzte Abstreif- und/oder Reinigungselemente, insbesondere Rollen (11, 12) oder Klingen aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Reinigungselemente die Schleifstelle befeuchten.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schleifeinrichtung (5) in oder gegen die Laufrichtung der Laufringe (1) oder des Gegenwerkzeugs (2) schwenkbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schleifeinrichtung (5) vom Durchmesser der Laufringe (1) oder des Gegenwerkzeugs (2) unabhängig ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Form des Schleifelements (9) eben, konvex, konkav oder prismenförmig ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine die Schleifstelle kühlende Kühlvorrichtung, z.B. eine Druckluftdüse vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schleifeinrichtung (5) in oder gegen die Drehrichtung oszillierend bewegbar ist.
