Description

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Ringheft mit einer am Heftrücken befestigten Ringschiene mit mehreren Ringen zur Aufnahme von auswechselbaren Blättern, welche mit dem Blattrand verbundene Lochungen aufweisen, mittels denen sie in die Ringe einschiebbar und festhaltbar sind.
In der US-A-5 269 616 ist ein Ringheft beschrieben, bei dem am Heftrücken eine drei mittels einer Druckmechanik öffenbare Ringe aufweisende Ringschiene unlösbar befestigt ist, wobei die Ringe zur Aufnahme von auswechselbaren mit Lochungen versehenen Blättern dienen.
Bei dem in der DE-A-1 234 189 offenbarten Ringheft ist eine schienenförmige Ringmechanik mit vier öffenbaren Ringen zur Aufnahme von auswechselbaren mit Lochungen versehenen Blättern am Heftrücken befestigt.
Bei der im Recherchenbericht angeführten WO-A-92/06 849 handelt es sich um einen soge-nannten Spiralordner, bei dem die Enden der offenen Ringe durch eine Schiene verdeckt sind und bei dem die nicht auswechselbaren Blätter nur mit Hilfe einer mechanischen Vorrichtung eingesetzt werden können. Es handelt sich somit nicht um ein Ringheft, bei dem die Blätter von Hand ohne jedes Werkzeug ausgewechselt werden können.
Es ist nun das Ziel der vorliegenden Erfindung, die Nachteile der bekannten Ringhefte zu vermeiden und ein Ringheft ohne teure Metallteile zu schaffen, mit dem trotzdem auswechselbare Blätter aufgenommen werden können und das einfach und sehr billig hergestellt werden kann Das gestellte Ziel wird nun mit dem erfindungsgemässen Ringheft erreicht, das die kennzeichnenden Merkmale des Patentanspruchs 1 aufweist. Vorteilhafte Ausführungsformen des Erfindungsgegenstandes sind in den abhängigen Patentansprüchen 2 bis 6 enthalten. Wenn die Blätter auf den Querschnitt zahlreicher geschlossener Ringe abgestimmte Oeffnungen aufweisen, die durch einen Schlitz mit dem Blattrand verbunden sind, können sie nämlich auf einfache Weise in die Ringe hineingeschoben werden. Erstaunlicherweise werden beim normalen Gebrauch des Ringhefts die Blätter ausgezeichnet in den Ringen festgehalten, während sie bei Bedarf einfach ruckweise herausgenommen werden können.
Nachfolgend wird ein Ausführungsbeispiel des erfindungsgemässen Ringbuchs anhand der Zeichnung näher erläutert. Darin zeigen:

das Ringheft im geöffneten und geschlossenen Zustand.
Der Ringhefteinband 1 gemäss Fig. 1 weist einen durch zwei Faltungen 2 begrenzten Heftrücken 3 auf. Eine flache Ringschiene 4 weist bevorzugt zehn bis fünfzehn eingegossene geschlossene Ringe 5 auf, die zusammen mit der Ringschiene als einstückiges Spritzgussteil aus Kunststoff hergestellt sind. Die Breite des Heftrückens 3 ist selbstverständlich auf den Durchmesser der Ringe 5 abgestimmt. Weiter weisen der Heftrücken 3 zwei Befestigungslöcher 6 und die Ringschiene 4 zwei Befestigungslöcher 7 auf, wobei der Durchmesser und der Abstand der Befestigungslöcher 6 und 7 übereinstimmen. Ein Druckknopf 8 aus Kunststoff besitzt einen vorstehenden Kopf 9 und einen Zapfen 10 mit einer Kappe 11 mit den entsprechenden Durchmessern D1, D2 und D3. Der Durchmesser D3 der Kappe 11 ist gleich oder geringfügig grösser als der Durchmesser der Befestigungslöcher 6 bzw. 7 im Heftrücken 3 bzw. in der Ringschiene 4. Der Durchmesser D2 des Zapfens 10 ist geringfügig kleiner und der Durchmesser D1 des Kopfes 9 bedeutend grösser als der Durchmesser der Befestigungslöcher 6 und 7.
Zum lösbaren Befestigen der Ringschiene 4 werden zwei Druckknöpfe 8 durch die Befestigungslöcher 6 im Heftrücken 3 gesteckt und anschliessend wird die Ringschiene 4 mit den Befestigungslöchem 7 auf die Kappen 11 der Druckknöpfe 8 aufgedrückt, so dass das leere Ringheft bereits hergestellt ist.
Nun werden wie aus Fig. 2 ersichtlich ist, die Blätter 12 zum Einordnen bündelweise einfach von oben nach unten nacheinander auf die Ringe 5 gedrückt. Weil die Blätter 12 eine auf den Querschnitt der Ringe 5 abgestimmte Lochung 13 besitzen, die durch einen Schlitz 14 mit dem Blattrand verbunden ist, werden die Blätter einfach von den Ringen aufgenommen und erstaunlicherweise auch sicher festgehalten. Prinzipiell können alle mit der entsprechenden Lochung versehenen Blätter geheftet werden, aber es hat sich gezeigt, dass das erfindungsgemässe Ringheft insbesondere zur Aufnahme von Plastiksichttaschen geeignet ist. Aus ästhetischen Gründen besteht der Ringhefteinband bevorzugt aus farbigem Kunststoff, wobei er noch mit Etiketten, künstlerischen Verzierungen-oder Beschriftungen versehen sein kann.

Claims (6)

  1. Ringheft mit einer am Heftrücken befestigten Ringschiene mit mehreren Ringen zur Aufnahme von auswechselbaren Blättern, welche mit dem Blattrand verbundene Lochungen aufweisen, mittels denen sie in die Ringe einschiebbar und festhaltbar sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ringschiene (4) mit mindestens zehn geschlossenen Ringen (5) als einstückiges Kunststoffteil gefertigt ist, das lösbar am Heftrücken (3) befestigt ist.
  2. Ringheft nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ringschiene (4) mit zehn bis fünfzehn eingegossenen Ringen (5) als einstückiges Spritzgussteil gefertigt ist.
  3. Ringheft nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ringschiene (4) mit mindestens zwei Druckknöpfen (8) aus Kunststoff am Heftrücken (3) befestigt ist.
  4. Ringheft nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Querschnitt der Ringe (5) auf die durch einen Schlitz (14) mit dem Blattrand verbundenen Lochungen (13) der auswechselbaren Blätter (12) abgestimmt sind.
  5. Ringheft nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hefteinband (1) aus farbigem Kunststoff besteht.
  6. Ringheft nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hefteinband (1) mit Etiketten, Verzierungen oder Beschriftungen versehen ist.
