Claims (12)
- Kontinuierliche Presse (1) zum Verpressen von Preßgutmatten (2) zu Preßgutplatten im Zuge der Herstellung von Spanplatten, Faserplatten und anderen Holzwerkstoffplatten, mit Pressenunterteil (3) und Pressenoberteil (4), im Pressenunterteil und Pressenoberteil endlos umlaufenden Stahlpreßbändern (5), und mit einem Einlaufmaul (E),wobei im Pressenunterteil (3) und im Pressenoberteil (4) jeweils eine beheizbare Preßplatte (6, 7) angeordnet ist und sich an die Preßplatten einlaufseitig vorkragende beheizbare Einlaufplatten unter Bildung des Einlaufmauls anschließen,wobei die Stahlpreßbänder an den Preßplatten und Einlaufplatten unter Zwischenschaltung von Wälzkörpern (10) abgestützt sind,wobei ferner zur Einstellung der Einlaufkontur des Einlaufmauls eine Mehrzahl von Zylinderkolbenanordnungen (13) vorgesehen ist, die in vorgegebener Verteilung einerseits an die obere und/oder untere Einlaufplatte, andererseits an das Pressenoberteil (4) und/oder Pressenunterteil (3) angeschlossen sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zylinderkolbenanordnungen (13) zumindest an der oberen und/oder unteren Einlaufplatte (8, 9) unter Zwischenschaltung sphärischer Gelenklager (14) und Isoliermittel (15) angelenkt sind.
- Presse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zylinderkolbenanordnungen (13) an dem Pressenoberteil (4) und/oder Pressenunterteil (3) unter Zwischenschaltung von sphärischen Gelenklagern (14) und ggf. Pressenrahmen (37) angelenkt sind.
- Presse nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gelenklager (14) als Kugelschalengelenke ausgebildet sind.
- Presse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gelenklager (14) jeweils eine an der oberen und/oder unteren Einlaufplatte (8, 9) und/oder an dem Pressenoberteil (4) und/oder Pressenunterteil (3) befestigte Kugelschale (16) aufweisen, daß in den Kugelschalen (16) jeweils ein Kugelkopf (17) gelagert ist, daß die Zylinder (18) und/oder Kolben (19) der Zylinderkolbenanordnungen (13) jeweils eine mit der Kugelschale (16) korrespondierende Lagerausnehmung (20) aufweisen, und daß die Zylinder (18) und/oder Kolben (19) jeweils mit dem Kugelkopf (17) durch eine zentrale Lageröffnung (21) in der Kugelschale (16) hindurch mit vorgegebenem Lagerspiel verbunden, z. B. verschraubt sind.
- Presse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kugelköpfe (17) einen die Lageröffnung (21) in den Kugelschalen (16) zumindest teilweise mit vorgegebenem Lagerspiel durchdringenden Verbindungsschaft (22) für die Verschraubung der Zylinder (18) oder Kolben (19) der betreffenden Zylinderkolbenanordnungen (13) aufweisen.
- Presse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kugelschalen (16) unter schalenrandseitiger Zwischenschaltung von Isolierringen (27) mit der oberen und/oder unteren Einlaufplatte (8, 9) verbunden sind.
- Presse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kugelschalen (16) einen außenumfangseitig umlaufenden Bund oder sich gegenüberliegende Bundsegmente (28) aufweisen und mittels Klemmringsegmenten (29) oder Pratzen unter Zwischenschaltung von Isolierringen oder Isolierringsegmenten (30) mit der oberen und/oder unteren Einlaufplatte (8,9) mittels die Klemmringsegmente (29) oder Pratzen durchdringender Spannschrauben (31) verspannt sind.
- Presse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kugelschalen (16) unter Zwischenschaltung einer Druckplatte (24) und einer oder mehreren Isolierplatten (25) mit der oberen und/oder unteren Einlaufplatte (8, 9) in Verbindung stehen.
- Presse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kugelschalen (16) mit einem ebenen Schalenrand auf der Druckplatte (24), z. B. einer Stahlplatte aufstehen.
- Presse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Druckplatte (24) und die Isolierplatten (25) von einem Haltering (26), ggf. unter Zwischenschaltung eines Isolierringes (27), umfaßt sind.
- Presse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die an dem Pressenoberteil (4) befestigten Kugelschalen (16) mittels Schraubenbolzen (32), z. B. Zylinderschrauben, abgehängt sind, die einerseits randseitig in die Kugelschalen (16) eingeschraubt sind, andererseits durch Bohrungen (33) in jeweils einem Verriegelungsbolzen (34) hindurchgeführt sind und mit ihren Schraubenköpfen (35) auf dem Verriegelungsbolzen (34) aufliegen, wobei der Verriegelungsbolzen (34) durch eine Durchtrittsöffnung (36) in dem jeweiligen Querrahmen des Pressenoberteils (4) hindurchgesteckt ist und die Schraubenbolzen (32) beidseits des Querrahmens angeordnet sind.
- Presse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die an dem Pressenoberteil (4) befestigten Zylinderkolbenanordnungen (13) mittels Schraubenbolzen (32), z. B. Zylinderschrauben, abgehängt sind, die einerseits in die Zylinder (18) der Zylinderkolbenanordnungen (13) eingeschraubt sind, andererseits durch Bohrungen (33) in jeweils einem Verriegelungsbolzen (34) hindurchgeführt sind und mit ihren Schraubenköpfen (35) auf dem Verriegelungsbolzen (34) aufliegen, wobei der Verriegelungsbolzen (34) durch eine Durchtrittsöffnung (36) in dem jeweiligen Querrahmen des Pressenoberteils (4) hindurchgesteckt ist und die Schraubenbolzen (32) beidseits des Querrahmens angeordnet sind.
