Description
Claims (3)
- Einrichtung zum Dämpfen von Schwingungen von Teilschnittschrämmaschinen (1) mit einem um zwei Achsen (5,9) schwenkbaren Auslegerarm (3), an welchem Schrämwerkzeuge (7) rotierbar gelagert sind, wobei der Auslegerarm (3) mit je einem Schwenkantrieb für jede Schwenkachse verbunden ist, wobei wenigstens ein hydraulischer Schwenkantrieb (6) über eine Ventilanordnung mit Fluid beaufschlagbar ist, wobei Fluid in Abhängigkeit von Meßwerten von Sensoren (13,14) dem Antrieb (6) zugeführt wird, und wenigstens ein Sensor mit dem Auslegerarm (3) verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mit dem Auslegerarm (3) oder dem hydraulischen Schwenkantrieb (6) wenigstens ein Sensor (13,14) zur Erfassung von Erschütterungen, Beschleunigung, Belastung und/oder Position des Armes (3) verbunden ist, dessen Signalleitungen (15) mit einer Steuereinrichtung (16) verbunden sind, welche Steuereinrichtung (16) mit einer hydraulischen Schaltung zum einseitigen Beaufschlagen desjenigen Schwenkantriebes (6) zur Kompensation der registrierten Ausweichbewegung des Auslegerarmes (3) verbunden ist, dessen Stellung während des Vorschubes der Schrämwerkzeuge (7) im wesentlichen konstant gehalten ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zusätzlich zur Hydraulikpumpe (19) für den hydraulischen Schwenkantrieb (6) ein Fluiddruckspeicher (24) angeordnet ist, welcher für die Kompensation der Ausweichbewegung des Armes (3) mit jeweils einem Arbeitsraum (21,22) des Schwenkantriebes (6) in Verbindung setzbar ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Ventilanordnung die Ventilanordnung für den Schwenkantrieb des Auslegerarmes (3) verwendet ist.
