Claims (29)

  1. Herstellungsverfahren eines zur Verstärkung von Kleidungsstücken oder Stücken von Kleidung bestimmten Textilträgers (1) von der Art, in der
    man eine nicht gewebte Textildecke (2) bildet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    man auf einem Webstuhl vom Typ "Kettenstuhl" die Kohäsion der nicht gewebten Textildecke mit wenigstens einem Gestrick mit Verstärkungen auf wenigstens zwei Maschensäulen aufweisenden Verstärkungsmaschen (3, 8, 10) verstärkt;
    man die Endbearbeitung des so erhaltenen Textilträgers (1) durchführt, bei deren Verlauf das Gestrick (3, 8, 10) eine Retraktion erfährt;
    und man eventuell den Auftrag einer Schicht wärmehaftenden Materials auf wenigstens einer der Seiten des Textilträgers (1) realisiert.
  2. Herstellungsverfahren eines Textilträgers gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verstärkungen (4, 9, 11) auf jeder Maschenreihe (6) durchgeführt werden.
  3. Herstellungsverfahren eines Textilträgers gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verstärkungen (4, 9, 11) auf jeder zweiten Maschenreihe (6) oder häufiger durchgeführt werden.
  4. Herstellungsverfahren eines Textilträgers gemäß Anspruch 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verstärkungen (4, 9, 11) auf zwei Maschensäulen (5) realisiert werden.
  5. Herstellungsverfahren eines Textilträgers gemäß Anspruch 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verstärkungen (4, 9, 11) auf jeder dritten oder vierten Maschensäule (5) oder häufiger realisiert werden.
  6. Gemäß des Herstellungsverfahrens gemäß Anspruch 1 bis 5 realisierter Textilträger (1) zur Verstärkung eines Kleidungsstücks oder eines Stücks Kleidung in Form einer nicht gewebten Textilschicht (2) , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er durch ein oder mehrere Gestrick(e) mit Verstärkungsmaschen (3, 8, 10) verstärkt wird, wobei die Maschen oder die Gestricke Verstärkungen (4, 9, 11) auf wenigstens zwei Maschensäulen (5) aufweisen.
  7. Textilträger gemäß Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er darüber hinaus sich in der Richtung der Verstärkungen abwickelnde, nicht an der Bildung der Maschen beteiligte, kurze Schussfäden (7) umfasst.
  8. Textilträger gemäß Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der kurze Schussfaden (7) ab den Mono- oder Multifaden-Faser-, flachen oder strukturierten, Natur-, synthetischen oder künstlichen Fäden realisiert wird.
  9. Textilträger gemäß Anspruch 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er ein zweites Gestrick (10) mit Verstärkungsmaschen umfasst, wobei die Maschen des zweiten Gestricks (10) Verstärkungen (11) auf wenigstens zwei Maschensäulen (5) aufweisen.
  10. Textilträger gemäß Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zweite Gestrick (10) auf dem ersten Gestrick (8) überlagert ist.
  11. Textilträger gemäß Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zweite Gestrick (10) aus Verbindungsfäden und / oder Titrierungsfäden realisiert ist, die mit denen des ersten Gestricks (8) identisch oder von ihnen unterschiedlich sind
  12. Textilträger gemäß Anspruch 9 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zweite Gestrick (10) Verstärkungen aufweist, die mit denen des ersten Gestricks (8) identisch oder von ihnen unterschiedlich sind.
  13. Textilträger gemäß Anspruch 6 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gestrick (3, 8, 10) aus synthetischen oder künstlichen, strukturierten Fäden realisiert ist.
  14. Textilträger gemäß Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die strukturierten Fäden Multifaserfäden umfassen.
  15. Textilträger gemäß Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Multifaserfäden eine zwischen 1 Decitex und 35 Decitex inbegriffene Einheitsfasertitrierung besitzen.
  16. Textilträger gemäß Anspruch 14 oder 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Multifaserfäden 6 bis 150 Fasern umfassen.
  17. Textilträger gemäß Anspruch 13 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fäden Polyamidfäden, insbesondere aus Polyamid 6 oder 6.6, aus Polyester, aus Viskose, sowie die Derivate und / oder Mischungen dieser Produkte umfassen.
  18. Textilträger gemäß Anspruch 6 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die nicht gewebte Textilschicht (2) aus kontinuierlichen, Natur-, synthetischen oder künstlichen Fasern oder Fäden realisiert wird.
  19. Textilträger gemäß Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schicht des nicht gewebten Textils (2) aus Wolle, Zellulose, Viskose, Polyamid, Polyester sowie aus den Derivaten und / oder Mischungen derselben realisiert wird.
  20. Textilträger gemäß Anspruch 18 oder 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die für die Realisierung der nicht gewebten Textilschicht (2) eingesetzten Fasern oder Fäden eine höhere Titrierung als 1 Decitex besitzen.
  21. Textilträger gemäß Anspruch 18 oder 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die nicht gewebte Textilschicht (2) aus Mikrofasern oder Mikrofäden mit einer Titrierung von unter 1 Decitex realisiert ist.
  22. Textilträger gemäß Anspruch 18 bis 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die nicht gewebte Textilschicht (2) ein zwischen 15 und 100 g/m2 inbegriffenes Flächenmaß besitzt.
  23. Textilträger gemäß Anspruch 19 bis 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Maschendichte des Gestricks (3, 8, 10) zwischen 2 Maschen pro cm und 20 Maschen pro cm inbegriffen ist.
  24. Textilträger gemäß Anspruch 6 bis 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fäden des Gestricks (3, 8, 10) nach der Retraktion einen zwischen 4 und 20 % variierenden Verstärkungsprozentsatz besitzen.
  25. Textilträger gemäß Anspruch 6 bis 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er ein schmelzfixierendendes, anhaftendes Material umfasst.
  26. Textilträger gemäß Anspruch 25, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das anhaftende Material auf Polyvinylpolymeren, Polyamiden, Polyolefin, Polyethylen hoher und niedriger Dichte, Kopolyester oder Kopolyamid basiert.
  27. Textilträger gemäß Anspruch 25 oder 26, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das anhaftende Material auf wenigstens einer Seite des Textilträgers (1) in Form von Punkten, doppelten Punkten oder Linien aufgetragen wird.
  28. Anwendung eines Textilträgers gemäß Anspruch 6 bis 27 auf die Gewebespannung von Kleidungsstücken oder Stücken von Kleidung, wie zum Beispiel Jacken, Plastronen, Hosen, Krawatten, Hemden oder dergleichen.
  29. Kleidungsstück oder Stück Kleidung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es wenigstens einen Textilträger (1) gemäß Anspruch 6 bis 27 umfasst.
