Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a method for producing components, preferably prototypes, in which a lost model (positive) of the component is produced in a first step,
and then the model is cast using a molding compound to produce a mold (negative) and finally this mold is used to produce the component, preferably a prototype, in the casting process.
Processes of the aforementioned type, which are preferably used for Production of complex prototypes are used, which are used for Example containing complex cavities are from the prior art Technology known. One such method is, for example Gypsum casting process, in which the said molding compound Is gypsum mass. In some applications, instead of Gypsum casting process used the so-called investment casting process for the production of such prototypes. Both mentioned Procedure is common that they have the disadvantage that they for the production of prototypes with complex shapes and / or complex cavities either not at all or but require considerable effort.
DE 195 45 167 A1 describes a process for the production of components, preferably prototypes, at which uses a polystyrene model, which is created by diving into liquid wax is coated with wax. On the The wax surface then becomes a ceramic silt applied, the model coated in this way is fired and the cavity created by the outgassing of the polystyrene poured in the investment casting process. According to this method the Enabling manufacturing of complex components will be here first produced several sections of the component, the then after dipping in wax into an overall component have to be put together. Because with this well-known Process of producing several sections of the component This procedure is required separately first relatively complex and therefore costly.
The object of the present invention is a Process for the production of components, in particular Prototypes of the type mentioned at the beginning are also available make that a less complex, quick and enables cheaper production of the component.
A solution according to the invention provides this object Method of the type mentioned at the beginning with the characteristic features of the main claim. In which The procedure according to the invention is such that the Model in several successive steps with the Pouring molding compound and / or backfilling, the respective Placement of the model relative to a reference plane at each of these individual steps of pouring / filling.
The main problem with previous procedures has been that in models with complex cavities, an image of the Cavities through the molding compound was not possible because the air from these cavities of the model when filling with the molding compound could not escape completely. This The problem according to the invention is overcome. The first step is to cast the model the molding compound and fills the cavities as far as this is possible with the molding compound in a first arrangement of the Model relative to the reference plane. You may have to do this Close the side openings of the model so that the Molding compound cannot run out there. Filling the Molding compound is then made through openings from above. Then you change the arrangement of the model relative to that Reference plane, for example you rotate the model 90 ° by one of its axes. You then fill a molding compound through a then open the top of the model and close it other openings of the model if necessary, which then lie to the side. Because the layout of the model has changed, the air can now escape from parts of the cavities which does not escape with the previous arrangement was possible. Then you change in a further step if necessary, the arrangement of the model relative to the Reference plane, then closes laterally if necessary lying openings and then refills through one then up lying opening the molding compound.
If you look at the model for example after each of these steps turns by 90 ° and all three spatial axes are aligned Stand vertically, taken into account, depending on the structure of the Usually, the model and complexity of the cavities a maximum of six different arrangements of the model and corresponding to six sub-steps, all cavities of the Fill the model with the molding compound and thus this fully map.
So you share the process of casting the model by means of the molding compound in individual steps, but has the process of the invention has the advantage that Model does not have to divide, but always with a one-piece Model can work. The method according to the invention can perform relatively quickly.
When using certain molding compounds within the scope of inventive method, for example of plaster or the like, which can set and harden relatively quickly it will be beneficial if you have connectors with suitable geometry used for each Step of the process poured into the molding compound become. Then this molding compound is closed from this one step Already hardened at the beginning of the next step, then the connection of the fresh molding compound to the already cured molding compound through these connectors improved. It is preferred to use connectors with undercut surfaces, so that one between each a positive connection of the individual subsets of the Molding compound obtained after complete curing. You can for these connectors, for example, simple existing ones Use metal parts such as screws or the like so that these connectors have no additional essential Form a cost factor.
If the model contains certain cavities, for example relatively long channels that are poured out with the molding compound then, according to a preferred further development of the method according to the invention may be advantageous if into the areas of the molding compound filling the channels Reinforcing to prevent removal after of the model (it is a lost model) the hardened parts of the molding compound, for example longer arms, if you pour out channels, break off or otherwise damage to take. Suitable elements can be used for such reinforcement use, for example wires or other metal parts Flat steel, round steel or the like.
It is essential in the context of the method according to the invention everything that you can at every step of the casting of the model with the molding compound this model in the cheapest possible Brings spatial position, so that depending on the complexity of the existing cavities with the smallest possible number individual steps of the pouring process.
The features mentioned in the subclaims relate to preferred developments of the method according to the invention. Further advantages of the invention result from the following detailed description.

allgemeinen wesentlich komplexer aufgebaut.
First, reference is made to FIG. 1.
The illustration shows a
10f.The
Would a
For filling the cavities of
Man verwendet
11a, 11b anbindet. It is possible that after the first process
Gipsmasse 11a enthalten.
After these connecting
Beispiel mechanisch entfernt. The inside of the cavity now completely with
The connecting
Fig. 5
Position gelangt. Der mit der Gipsmasse 11a verfüllte
Hohlraum liegt nun unten.
erleichtern.5 to 7 is now another

Modell 20 entspricht. Die Gipsmasse 11a, 11b, 11c kann wieder
