Claims (7)

  1. Soufflet à plis ou ondulé ou partie d'un soufflet de ce type d'un couloir de circulation entre deux sections d'un véhicule articulé, un tissu de corde étant inséré dans une couche élastomère, les ondulations ou plis ayant une courbure réalisée d'un seul tenant,
    caractérisé en ce que
    deux tissus de corde disposés en croix l'un par-dessus l'autre sont prévus pour faire office d'insert.
  2. Soufflet selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'insert est vulcanisé entre les deux couches élastomère.
  3. Soufflet selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la fraction pondérale du tissu de corde par rapport à la fraction d'élastomère est comprise entre 15 et 50 % et est de préférence de 40 %.
  4. Procédé de fabrication d'un soufflet d'un couloir de circulation entre deux sections d'un véhicule articulé,
    caractérisé par
    un moule présentant le contour d'un pli ou d'une ondulation et destiné à la fabrication d'un soufflet à plis ou ondulé, une couche élastomère étant destinée à être placée dans le moule, un insert constitué de deux tissus de corde disposés en croix l'un par-dessus l'autre étant destiné à être placé sur ladite couche élastomère et une autre couche élastomère étant destinée à être placée sur ledit insert, les couches élastomère étant reliées entre elles et à l'insert en tissu de corde par vulcanisation.
  5. Procédé selon la revendication 4,
    caractérisé en ce que
    des cadres sont fixés à la crête du pli ou de l'ondulation par vulcanisation.
  6. Procédé selon la revendication 5,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la vulcanisation est effectuée par vulcanisation à chaud à une pression comprise entre 170 et 210 bar, de préférence à 200 bar.
  7. Utilisation d'un insert en tissu de corde composé de deux tissus de corde disposés en croix l'un par-dessus l'autre en vue de la fabrication d'un soufflet ou d'une partie de soufflet.
