Claims (10)
- Wellen- oder Faltenbalg oder Teil eines Balges eines Übergangs zwischen zwei gelenkig miteinander verbundenen Teilen eines Fahrzeuges, wobei die Wellen oder Falten in ihrer Wölbung einteilig ausgebildet sind, wobei in einer Elastomerschicht eine textile Einlage einvulkanisiert ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einlage in textiler Form als Maschenware ausgebildet ist. - Balg nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Maschenware als Gestrick ausgebildet ist. - Balg nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Maschenware multiaxial verformbar ist. - Balg nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Einlage mehrerer in unterschiedlicher Direktionierung übereinander angeordnete Schichten aus Maschenware vorgesehen sind. - Balg nach Anspruch t,

die Verwendung einer Form mit einer Falten- oder Wellenkontur zur Herstellung eines Falten- oder Wellenbalges, wobei in die Form eine Elastomerschicht, auf die Elastomerschicht eine Lage aus textiler Maschenware und auf diese Lage aus Maschenware eine weitere Elastomerschicht einlegbar ist, wobei die Verbindung der Elastomerschichten untereinander und mit der Maschenware durch Vulkanisation erfolgt. - Balg nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Scheitelbereich der Falte oder Welle anordbare Schienen einvulkanisiert sind. - Balg nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vulkanisation im Wege der Heiß-Vulkanisation bei 170 bis 210 bar, vorzugsweise bei 200 bar erfolgt. - Verwendung einer Maschenware in einem Balge bzw. einem Teil eines Balges, nach dem Oberbegriff von Anspruch 1.
