Claims (5)

  1. Chaudière à trois tirages, constituée d'un logement (4) conducteur d'eau, pourvu de raccords de départ et de retour (5,6), dans lequel une chambre de combustion (1') équipée d'un brûleur (1") est disposée comme premier tirage (1), un deuxième tirage (2) conduisant à une chambre de trop plein (4') du côté du brûleur, dans lequel l'écoulement s'effectue dans le sens opposé à la chambre de combustion (1') et un troisième tirage (3) conduisant à la sortie de fumée (R), formé de plusieurs tuyaux de tirage de gaz chaud (3') sont disposés et le deuxième et le troisième tirage (2,3) sont blindés par un déflecteur(7) pourvu de percées,
    caractérisée en ce que,
    pour blinder le raccord de retour (6) disposé au sommet du logement de chaudière (4) du côté du brûleur, seul le déflecteur (7) disposé du côté du brûleur, par rapport à la médiatrice (MS) du logement, est pourvu des deux côtés dans la zone centrale de son pan (7'') adapté à la forme du logement (4) d'ouvertures d'échappement (9) réparties respectivement sur la largeur dudit pan (B) en au moins une rangée, qui forment les percées, sous la forme de fentes (9") pourvues d'éclisses de guidage (9'), lesquelles sont orientées vers le canal de retour (10) délimité par le déflecteur (7) et la paroi de logement (4') et saillent en inclinaison dans ce dernier et dans lequel, en outre, en vue de délimiter latéralement le canal de retour (10), au moins un rebord (7') coudé, dirigé contre la paroi du logement de chaudière (W) est disposé au moins sur le bord éloigné du brûleur du déflecteur(7).
  2. Chaudière à trois tirages selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisée en ce que,
    sur la zone de sommet (11) du canal de retour (10) délimité par le déflecteur (7), une ouverture de fente (13) conduisant une partie de l'eau de retour vers la paroi de délimitation (12) est dirigée vers la paroi de délimitation (12) de la chambre de trop plein (4').
  3. Chaudière à trois tirages selon la revendication 2,
    caractérisée en ce que,
    en vue de la réalisation de l'ouverture de fente (13), la zone de tôle découpée du rebord (7') est configurée de manière coudée vers le bas.
  4. Chaudière à trois tirages selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisée en ce que,
    dans l'agencement d'un rebord (7') coudé également sur le bord du déflecteur (7) du côté du bruleur, une ouverture de fente (13) est disposée dans ledit déflecteur et dans sa zone de sommet.
  5. Chaudière à trois tirages selon une des revendications 1 à 4,
    caractérisée en ce que,
    dans la zone de sommet (11) du déflecteur (7), au moins une rangée de trous (8) sont disposés.
