Definitions
- the present invention relates to a small vacuum cleaner with a in a blower housing arranged blower and arranged in its conveyed air flow Dust filter, with one on the front of the blower housing in the area of its suction opening held nozzle and a handle element provided on the blower housing, and with an additional pipe that can be plugged into the small vacuum cleaner and that for storage through an opening of the grip element in a formed inside Recording room is slidable.
- Such a small vacuum cleaner is a cordless vacuum cleaner from Pro pierochograph GmbH with the article no. 130-831 known
- the opposite of the nozzle End portion of the blower housing in the extension of the grip element or Handle section is U-shaped. While the upper part of the handle element is detected during operation by the operator's hand, is in parallel to it lower part of the grip element as an accessory a flat tubular suction insert insertable.
- the flat suction insert can be pulled out of the grip element and onto the Suction opening of the nozzle.
- the handle section is known from DE 37 43 083 A1, the lower part for storing rechargeable Batteries or used to store a connecting cable.
- the object of the present invention is to provide a small vacuum cleaner when which is improved with simple means of suction comfort.
- a small vacuum cleaner according to the The preamble of claim 1 is the receiving space for storing the additional tube or the suction insert from the handle element or section into the blower housing extends into it.
- the receiving space for storing the additional tube or the suction insert from the handle element or section into the blower housing extends into it.
- the additional pipe is flexible, and is a deflecting element in the receiving space for curvilinear storage of the additional tube provided in the recording room. Accordingly, that in the blower housing formed part of the receiving space also, for example, laterally offset from the be provided in the handle element formed part of the receiving space. So it can despite the arrangement of the blower and the associated components known per se Space remaining in the blower housing to accommodate the additional pipe is better used become.
- the deflection element can both on the housing of the vacuum cleaner as well as on its components, such as the blower.
- the opening of the same can advantageously be closed by a cover cap.
- the possible uses of the small vacuum cleaner are further increased by the fact that in the blower housing is provided with a blow-out opening to which the additional pipe can be plugged is. Instead of vacuuming with a small vacuum cleaner, an operator can also Blow away dirt or the like with the additional pipe. It is also from here Advantage if the additional pipe is as long as possible To receive blow-out air flow, the blow-out opening in the upper half of the blower housing intended.
- the receiving area of the additional pipe is advantageously through at least the blower and partitions of the fan housing substantially shielded from the air flow. This noticeably increases the suction or blowing performance of the small vacuum cleaner.
- a battery vacuum cleaner 1 shown in FIGS. 1 to 3 has a two-part, vertical Housing 2 made of plastic with a housing lower part divided over its entire length 3 and a suitably designed upper housing part 5. These are connected to each other by means of screws 6. To one through the lower housing part 3 and the upper housing part 5 in the front region of the housing suction opening 7 is a known pocket-shaped nozzle 9 with front suction opening 10 can be placed.
- the housing 2 has a blower housing 11 and an adjoining one Handle section 13. The width of the blower housing 11 is reduced accordingly Fig. 3 from the end portion facing the nozzle 9 to that of the handle portion 13 facing end section from the width of the nozzle 9 to the width of the Handle section 13.
- An upper part of the handle section 13 serves as a handle while the lower part, especially for reasons of stability, the upper part with the fan housing 11 connects.
- a fine filter 17 is formed in a region of the housing suction opening 7 Seat of the housing 2 arranged on a filter grid 19 in fluidic
- a coarse filter (not shown) is arranged in the nozzle 9 in the direction in front of the fine filter 17.
- the blower comprises a motor mount 21 which has a receiving sleeve 23 with evenly distributed over the inner circumferential wall, in the longitudinal direction the sleeve has extending support ribs. Below the receiving sleeve 23 The motor mount 21 has a storage area 25 in which the for the network-independent Operation of the battery vacuum cleaner 1 required batteries 27 according to the Position in Fig. 4 can be inserted.
- a motor 31 of the blower is in the receiving sleeve 23 pluggable and drives a fan wheel 33 for sucking air through the Nozzle 9 in the blower housing 11.
- Fig. 4 the most important components of the Blower shown disassembled.
- each inside the blower housing 11 partitions 35 (Fig. 1) together with the correspondingly designed outer wall of the motor support 21, the fan housing 11 into a front, through which air flows and a rear, essentially do not separate the area through which air flows.
- the fan suction opening 7 and the partition walls 35 is in the upper third of the blower housing 11 provided with a protective grille outlet opening 37 in the lower housing part 3.
- air is through the Suction opening 10 of the nozzle 9 through the two filters through the housing suction opening 7 of the blower housing 11 sucked into this and laterally through the blow-out opening 37 pressed out of the blower housing 11 (Fig. 1, Fig. 3).
- a locking button 39 is mounted in the housing 2 above the blow-out opening 37, which is provided for the end or locking of the nozzle 9 on the housing 2 (Fig. 1, 3).
- a trained in the front area of the locking button 39 protrude Latch and a button formed in the central area of the locking button 39 in the installed state from corresponding openings 41 of the nozzle 9 or the housing 2.
- In the extension of the locking button 39 is one about its longitudinal axis tiltable switch 43 held for actuating the motor 31.
- the locking button 39 opposite can a flap 45 on the underside of the cordless vacuum cleaner via locking hooks be releasably locked to the housing 2. This enables an opening to be closed, granted access to the batteries 27 arranged in the housing.
- For electrical Charging the batteries 27 is a charger plug 47 in the flap 45 or plugged between flap 45 and housing 2.
- a suction and Blow hose 53 can be stowed (Fig. 2, 3).
- the hose 53 is an elastic grooved hose, at one section a short sleeve-shaped element with brushes is attached (not shown). This sleeve element is on the one hand with its brushes slidable behind the end section of the hose and on the other hand over this extractable to use the brushes mentioned during the suction process.
- the handle section has 13 has a sufficiently large handle opening 55 in its rear end section on, which can be closed by a hose cap 57.
- the suction and blow hose 50 is both at the suction opening 10 of the nozzle 9 and plugged into the blow-out opening 37 of the housing 2.
