Claims (8)
- Bettlattenrost mit Härtezoneneinstellung, der einen Rahmen (6) mit Federlatten (1), darunter angeordnete Stützlatten (2) und jeweils zwei zwischen den Federlatten (1) und den Stützlatten (2) in deren Längsrichtung verschiebbar geführte Schieber (5) zur Härteregulierung aufweist, wobei die Federlatten (1) und die Stützlatten (2) jeweils am Rahmen (6) festgelegt sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stützlatten (2) und/ oder die Federlatten (1) und/ oder die Stützlatten (2) mit Rasten (3) sowie die Schieber (5) mit diesen Rasten (3) korrespondierenden Rastmitteln (9) versehen und die Rastmittel (9) mindestens im belasteten Zustand des Bettlattenrostes in den Rasten (3) fixiert sind und dass auf den Stützlatten (2), sich jeweils etwa über ihre halbe Länge erstreckende, zu deren Mitte sowie zu den Federlatten (1) hin stärker werdende Stützprofile (4) angeordnet sind, in denen sich die Rasten (3) als nach oben offene Ausnehmungen befinden.
- Bettlattenrost nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Rastmittel (9) eines Schiebers (5) im unbelasteten Zustand des Bettlattenrostes von elastischen Rückstellkräften der Federlatten (1), der Stützlatten (2) und/ oder eigenen elastischen Rückstellkräften des Schiebers (5) in einer Raste (3) gehalten, gegen diese Rückstellkraft von Hand zu entrosten und der Schieber (5) sodann verschiebbar ist.
- Bettlattenrost nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rastmittel (9) kugelförmig und die Ausnehmung der Rasten (3) kugelabschnittförmig ausgebildet sind.
- Bettlattenrost nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stützlatten (2) innen am Rahmen (6) und die Federlatten (1) außen am Rahmen (6) in Endpunktlagern (7) fest. gelegt sind.
- Bettlattenrost nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass einige der Stützlatten (2) in elastisch absenkba ren Logern am Rahmen (6) gehalten sind.
- Bettlattenrost nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass einige der Stützlatten (2) in höhenverstellbaren Lagern (11) am Rahmen (6) befestigt sind.
- Bettlattenrost nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in jedem Stützprofil (4) bzw. auf der halben Länge der Federlatten (1) oder der Stützlatten (2) maximal fünf Rasten (3) vorhanden sind.
- Bettlattenrost nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Steigerung der Gesamthärte vier, sechs oder mehr Schieber (5) zwischen den Federlatten (1) und den Stützlatten (2) eingesetzt sind.
