Abstract
Description
- Vorsehen von geeigneten Kanälen auf mindestens einer oder beiden der sich gegenüberliegenden Oberflächen der Kerne während der Kernbildung,

- Blockade des auf diese Weise erhaltenen Paketes mittels einer Einrichtung, die geeignet ist, eine adäquate Gegenkraft zu den während der Schußphasen und während der Gaszufuhr zu der Schweißmischung erzeugten Kräfte zu sichern, und
- Injektion der Schweißmischung in das Innere der vorgeformten Kanäle mittels Verwendung einer Kernschießmaschine, die geeigneterweise mit einer Schußplatte und einer Haube zur Gaszufuhr ausgestattet ist, um das Erreichen der Injektionspunkte zu garantieren.

Claims (1)
- Verfahren zum Verbinden von zwei oder mehreren Gießkernen, durch das einzelne, zuvor geformte Kerne (11) mittels einer Injektion einer Mischung aus Sand und Bindemittel in Kanäle (13), die zuvor auf mindestens einer der Kontaktoberflächen (12) zwischen den Kernen (11) vorgesehen werden, untereinander verschweißt werden, bestehend aus folgenden Schritten:Vorsehen von geeigneten Kanälen (13) auf mindestens einer der sich gegenüberliegenden Oberflächen (12) der Kerne (11) während der Kernbildung,Zusammenstellen der einzelnen Kerne (11) in Einrichtungen, die die korrekte gegenseitige Positionierung gewährleisten,Blockade des auf diese Weise erhaltenen Paketes (14) mittels einer Einrichtung, die geeignet ist, eine adäquate Gegenkraft zu den während der Schußphasen und während der Gaszufuhr zu der Schweißmischung erzeugten Kräfte zu sichern, undInjektion der Schweißmischung in das Innere der vorgeformten Kanäle (13) mittels Verwendung einer Kernschießmaschine, die geeigneterweise mit einer Schußplatte und einer Haube zur Gaszufuhr ausgestattet ist, um das Erreichen der Injektionspunkte zu garantieren.
