Claims (8)
- Vorrichtung zum Anwickeln von dünnem bandförmigem Walzgut auf einen Haspeldorn, bei der die ersten Windungen mittels einer die Windungen teilweise umschlingenden, endlos über umfangsverzahnte teilweise angetriebe Kettenzahnräder geführten Zahnkette gehalten werden, die aus einem aufgelockerten Laschenverband mit mehreren nebeneinander angeordneten Ketteneinheiten besteht, deren Kettenglieder auf der dem anzuwickelnden Band zugewandten Seite glatt ausgebildet sind und die mittels Schwingen aus der Anwickelposition in eine Ruheposition bewegbar sind.
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß den Zahnketteneinheiten (11) mehrere Biegerollen (13,14) zugeordnet sind, die seitlich voneinander beabstandet und über die Bandbreite verteilt im Einlaufbereich des Bandes (2) auf mindestens zwei in Bandeinlaufrichtung zueinander parallelen hintereinander angeordneten drehangetriebenen Wellen (23) derartig angeordnet sind, daß ihre zum Anwickeln des Bandes (2) wirksamen Oberflächen in die zwischen den Ketteneinheiten (11) gebildeten Freiräume eintauchen und an die Oberseite des Bandes (2) anlegbar sind. - Vorrichtung zum Anwickeln von bandförmigem Walzgut nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß den Biegerollen (13,14) und den angetriebenen Kettenzahnrädern (9) ein gemeinsamer Antrieb (16) zugeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung zum Anwickeln von bandförmigem Walzgut nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Antrieb der Kettenzahnräder (9) und der Biegerollen (13,14) über ein Kegel-Stirnradgetriebe erfolgt, dessen Eintriebsstirnrad das Antriebsmoment über jeweils eine Stirnradgetriebepaarung an die Antriebswelle (15) des benachbarten Zahnkettenantriebes (18) und über richtungsumkehrende Zwischenräder (19) an die Antriebswellen (23) der benachbarten Biegerollenantriebe weiterleitet. - Vorrichtung zum Anwickeln von bandförmigem Walzgut nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Zahnkettenantrieb (18) des Eintriebsstirnrades über ein achsgleiches Kegelrad einer Kegelradgetriebepaarung erfolgt, dessen Gegenrad über eine beingefähige Gleichlauf-Gelenkwelle (17) von dem Antriebsmotor (16) getrieben ist. - Vorrichtung zum Anwickeln von bandförmigem Walzgut nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Beugegelenk der Gelenkwelle (17) im Schwenkpunkt der die Kettenzahnräder (9,9a) und die Biegerollen (13.14) aufnehmenden sowie das Stirnradgetriebe tragenden Schwinge (4) angeordnet ist. - Haspelanordnung zum Aufhaspeln von dünn gewalztem Fertigband am Ende einer Anlage zum Endloswalzen von Warmbandquerschnitten aus endabmessungsnah gegossenen Dünnbrammen unter Verwendung der Vorrichtung zum Anwickeln von bandförmigem Walzgut nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß mindestens zwei, vorzugsweise drei Vorrichtungen zum Anwickeln des Bandes (2) in Unter- und/oder Überflurausführung vorgesehen sind, von denen mindestens zwei Vorrichtungen abwechselnd betreibbar sind und mindestens der Einlauf einer der Vorrichtungen in der Bandlaufebenen angeordnet ist. - Haspelanordnung zum Aufhaspeln von dünn gewalztem Fertigband nach Anspruche 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß jeder Vorrichtung ein Coiltransportwagen (30) zur Verfügung steht, der unterhalb der Vorrichtung auf einer jeweils eigenen Führungsbahn (31) quer zur Anlage verfahrbar ist. - Haspelanordnung zum Aufhaspeln von dünn gewalztem Fertigband nach Anspruche 6 und 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Vorrichtung zum Anwickeln des Bandes (2) auf seitlich oder oberhalb des Haspeldornes (1) quer zur Haspeldornlängsachse verlaufenden Führungen aus der Arbeitsposition (Fig.1) in eine Warteposition (Fig.2) verfahrbar ist.
