Claims (6)
- Vorrichtung zur Entnahme und Kühlung von Bettasche aus einer Wirbelschichtfeuerung, an deren Boden (2) ein oder mehrere Ascheabzugsrohre (3) angeschlossen sind, die mit einer gekühlten Fördereinrichtung verbunden sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fördereinrichtung aus einem Kratzkettenförderer (5) besteht, der innerhalb eines Gehäuses (4) über einen gekühlten Boden (12) geführt ist, daß mehrere solcher gekühlter Böden (12) in mehreren Ebenen übereinander angeordnet sind, daß die gekühlten Böden (12) in jeder Ebene in Förderrichtung in mehrere Tische (16) aufgeteilt sind, die jeweils unter Bildung eines quer zur Förderrichtung verlaufenden Schlitzes (17) mit Abstand voneinander angeordnet sind und daß die Tische (16) in den einzelnen Ebenen derart versetzt zueinander angeordnet sind, daß das in Förderrichtung hintere Ende eines Tisches (16) sich über dem in Förderrichtung vorderen Ende eines Tisches (16) des darunter angeordneten gekühlten Bodens (12) befindet.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß über die Tische (16) der gekühlten Böden (12) aller Ebenen und über den Gehäuseboden (15) ein einziger Kratzkettenförderer (5) unter mehrfacher Umlenkung der Kratzkette (6) geführt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in dem Gehäuse (4) mehrere separate Kratzkettenförderer (5, 5') angeordnet sind, von denen jeweils einer über mehrere gekühlte Böden (12) oder über einen oder mehrere gekühlte Böden (12) und den Gehäuseboden (15) geführt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß unterhalb des Gehäuses (4) mindestens ein weiteres mit mindestens einem gekühlten Boden (12) versehenes Gehäuse (4') angeordnet ist, daß die untereinander angeordneten Gehäuse (4, 4') über eine oder mehrere Schurren (19) miteinander verbunden sind und daß in jedem Gehäuse (4, 4') ein eigener Kratzkettenförderer (5, 5') angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schurren (19) sich jeweils an einen Schlitz (17) zwischen den Tischen (16) des unteren gekühlten Bodens (12) des Gehäuses (4) anschließen und in das weitere Gehäuse (4') oberhalb des in Förderrichtung vorderen Ende eines Tisches (16) des oberen gekühlten Bodens (12) einmünden.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes Ascheabzugsrohr (3) über dem in Förderrichtung vorderen Ende eines in der oberen Ebene angeordneten Tisches (16) in das Gehäuse (4) einmündet.
