Claims (12)
- Dispositif de distribution d'un produit fluide comportant un réservoir (1) pourvu d'une ouverture, dans lequel est contenu le produit, ledit dispositif comportant en outre un élément (2) mobile entre une position de repos, où il obture l'ouverture dudit réservoir (1), et une position d'actionnement, des moyens pour relier l'intérieur du réservoir (1) à un canal d'expulsion du produit (10), et un organe d'actionnement (6) pour déplacer ledit élément (2) vers sa position d'actionnement, ledit élément (2) coulissant de manière étanche dans ledit réservoir (1) de sorte que le produit est expulsé à travers ledit canal d'expulsion (10), caractérisé en ce que ledit élément (2) comporte un passage (3) reliant l'intérieur du réservoir (1) audit canal d'expulsion (10), et des moyens d'étanchéité comportant un organe d'obturacion (5) qui, dans la position de repos de l'élément (2), coopère avec celui-ci pour obturer ledit passage (3) de manière étanche et créer une forte interférence entre l'élément (2) et le réservoir (1) garantissant ainsi une fermeture totalement hermétique du réservoir (1), ledit organe d'actionnement (6) comportant des moyens (7) pour déplacer ledit organe d'obturation (5) pour ouvrir ledit passage (3) et diminuer l'interférence entre l'élément (2) et le réservoir (1), de sorte que l'élément (2) se déplace dans le réservoir (1) vers sa position d'actionnement avec un faible frottement.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, dans lequel l'organe d'actionnement comporte des moyens (8, 9) pour solidariser l'élément (2) et l'organe d'actionnement (6) après déplacement de l'organe d'obturation (5) par lesdits moyens pour déplacer (7).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel lesdits réservoir (1), élément (2) et passage (3) sont sensiblement cylindriques.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ledit organe d'obturation (5) a un diamètre supérieur à celui du passage (3) de sorte que, dans la position de repos du bouchon, il comprime la surface latérale extérieure de l'élément (2) contre les parois intérieures du réservoir, augmentant ainsi l'interférence entre l'élément (2) et le réservoir (1) dans ladite position de repos.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ledit organe d'obturation (5) est une bille (5) qui est emmanchée à force dans le passage (3) de l'élément (2) après le remplissage du réservoir (1).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ledit organe d'actionnement (6) comporte une tige (7) traversée par le canal d'expulsion (10), ladite tige (7) pouvant coulisser de manière étanche dans le passage (3) pour déplacer ledit organe d'obturation (5).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6, dans lequel l'extrémité de ladite tige (7) déplace ledit organe d'obturation (5) hors du passage (3) dans le réservoir (1), qui comporte un évidement (la) pour recevoir ledit organe d'obturation (5).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6 ou 7, dans lequel ledit élément (2) comporte en outre des moyens de blocage (4) qui empêchent le déplacement de l'élément (2) lorsqu'il est dans sa position de repos, ledit organe d'actionnement (6) comportant en outre des moyens (8, 9) pour déplacer lesdits moyens de blocage (4).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 8, dans lequel lesdits moyens de blocage (4) comportent une bride annulaire (4) qui, dans le position de repos de l'élément (2), coopère avec l'ouverture du réservoir (1) pour empêcher le déplacement de l'élément dans le réservoir.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 9, dans lequel l'organe d'actionnement (6) comporte, en prolongement de la tige (7), un épaulement (8) dont le diamètre extérieur est inférieur au diamètre intérieur du réservoir (1), et, en prolongement dudit épaulement (8), une rainure (9), de sorte que lors de l'actionnement de l'organe d'actionnement (6), la tige (7) coulisse dans le passage (3) de l'élément (2) pour déplacer d'abord l'organe d'obturation (5), puis l'épaulement (8) coopère avec la surface radiale extérieure de l'élément (2) en exerçant une force qui sollicite ledit élément vers sa position d'actionnement ladite force étant supérieure à l'élasticité de la bride annulaire (4), de sorte que celle-ci se replie autour dudit épaulement (8), dans ladite rainure (9), pour permettre le déplacement de l'élément (2) dans ledit réservoir (1).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 10, dans lequel la longueur formée par l'addition du rayon de l'épaulement (8) et de l'épaisseur de la bride annulaire (4) est environ égale au rayon intérieur du réservoir (1), de sorte que l'élément (2) peut coulisser avec étanchéité et avec un faible frottement dans le réservoir (1).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ledit élément (2) est réalisé en un matériau élastomère.
