Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a bottle rack, also known as a crate, which includes a bottom, raised side walls and upright dividers that form compartments for bottles, the rack being provided at least one small container located outside the aforementioned compartments for bottles.
  • DE-U-94.08.246 discloses a locker of the kind mentioned above and comprising either a small fixed tank, formed in a corner of the locker or a small detachable hanging bin in a corner of the locker.
  • the small bin forms a vertical column of limited section does not may not contain gadgets or other items that are larger than capsules. Larger dimensions are not possible without losing space for a bottle or without enlarging the locker.
  • the locker according to DE-U-90.05.618 also includes a bin for capsules.
  • This tank can be formed outside the locker, thus increasing the external dimensions of this latest.
  • this tray is formed or mounted on a base in the space between four bottles, in which case this bin has reduced dimensions just to receive capsules.
  • DE-U-88.09.039 also describes a locker comprising a container, in particular a paper bag, for receiving the capsules removed by a bottle opener mounted in the wall of the locker.
  • None of the aforementioned known lockers are therefore provided with a tray suitable for receiving objects larger than capsules.
  • the object of the invention is to remedy these drawbacks and create a bottle rack that offers greater number of possibilities such as being able safely offer gadgets or other items, and / or the possibility of collecting capsules or like.
  • This object is produced in accordance with the invention by the has a central handle in the form of a inverted caliper, the small bin being placed between the branches of this handle.
  • This small bin can be used as well to insert it objects to provide to users only to collect waste such as capsules.
  • Lockers having a central handle are known, for example example from DE-A-29.15.981, but these boxes do not include no small bin.
  • the small container preferably has a open top.
  • the small bin can be a separate element that is inserted, preferably removably, in a delimited space between the branches of the handle by two erected walls, extending in longitudinal direction and constituted by separation elements.
  • the bottle crate shown in the figures 1 to 4 is made of a synthetic material and it includes a rectangular bottom 1 obtained via a partitioning, and four side walls erected 2, more precisely two side walls extending in longitudinal direction and two side walls extending in transverse direction, which can be made in the form of double walls and / or which can be provided with reinforcing columns.
  • the bottle crate is subdivided into compartments 4 for bottles 5 via elements of separation 3 erected on the bottom 1.
  • These elements of separation 3 can be studs or whatever calls pins, but in the example shown there these are partitions.
  • a handle 6 which is arranged in the middle of the internal space of the bottle crate.
  • This handle 6 is in the form of an inverted stirrup which extends in a longitudinal plane of symmetry of the harasses, therefore in a vertical direction and parallel to a side wall 2 extending in longitudinal direction, and which ends slightly in below the upper edge of the bottle crate.
  • this space 7 forms a housing dish. At its ends, this space 7 is delimited by the lower edges of the branches of the handle 6 in stirrup shape and this space is laterally limited by on both sides by a pair of dividing walls to each other and oriented parallel to the walls side 2 extending in the longitudinal direction.
  • each of the partitions has a recessed upper edge, the walls side aforesaid 9 present, in their part median, facing a transverse partition, a vertex such as shown in Figure 4 among others.
  • a small container 6 open in its upper part is inserted removably in space 7.
  • This small container 10 which is preferably also made made of a synthetic material, forms a flat case and has a cross section approximately rectangular whose width corresponds to the spacing between the side walls 9 and whose length roughly corresponds to the spacing between the lower parts of the handle 6.
  • the height of the small container 10 is greater than the height vertices of the side walls 9.
  • This small tray 10 thus has a bottom 11 which is provided openings 12, two small erect side walls 13 extending in transverse direction and two walls wider side panels 14, practically rectangular and flat, extending in a longitudinal direction.
  • the two side walls 14 are provided, at the same height, on their external sides, of projecting edges which are produced, in the example shown, by ribs 15 which allow the snap of the small tray 10 in space 7 and which, when the small bin 10 is found in its normal position in space 7, are arranged just above the top edges of the side walls 9, as shown in Figures 3 and 4.
  • These ribs 15 can form, as shown, a V inverted whose shape matches that of the top of the walls side 9.
  • the small container 10 is inserted through this opening 8, with its opening facing upwards, as shown by arrow F1 in figure 1, until the ribs 15 snap over the edges upper side walls 9 of space 7.
  • the side walls 14 of this small tank 10 extending in longitudinal direction, will undergo a slight temporary elastic deformation until the ribs 15 are found above the walls side 9.
  • This small bin 10 is slightly tightened by pinching in its upper part and is removed from the bottom.
  • the small tray 10 can be used for all kinds objects, for example for collecting capsules, small bin 10 being emptied or replaced by a new small tank in the washing facility of the brewery. grace at the openings 12 made in the bottom 11, water does not stay in the small bin during the washing of the harassment.
  • the small tray 10 When the small tray 10 is intended to contain a CD 16, it can be made as shown in figures 5 at 7, the small bin 10 itself can be used as an element a modular CD holder.
  • the horizontal cross section of the small container 10 is slightly different so the first side wall 14, extending in the direction longitudinal, is provided, along its erect edges, a recess 17, which forms a small groove, while that the other side wall 14 extending in the direction longitudinal is provided along its erect edges a corresponding rib 18 having at its end a thickening whose shape matches that of the small groove.
  • the openings 10 made in the bottom 11 of the small tray 10 can be omitted; in this case, only on a single side wall 14, ribs 5 are provided, more precisely two inclined ribs 15 instead a single V-shaped rib, and underneath, a rib horizontal which when the aforementioned ribs come snap over a side wall 9, is located against the upper edge of a recess in this side wall 9.
  • the ribs 18 of a small tank 10 can come snap into recesses 17 or the ribs and withdrawals can slide into each other in their longitudinal direction.
  • the two ribs 18 are connected to each other by a edge 19 which extends along this open end and which forms a stop during the mutual sliding of the ribs 18 and recesses 17.
  • Bac 10 represents added value for the harass for bottles and allows to offer in a simple way gadgets or other items jointly or not with the small bin 10, these gadgets or these objects being protected by the small container 10.
  • the erect walls of the small container 10 must not necessarily be full or flat. They can also have openings.
  • the small tray 10 does not necessarily have to come snap between erected walls. He could also be glued or hung on it.
