Claims (15)
- Vorrichtung zum Vorsortieren von Wertstoffen, insbesondere aus dem Haus- oder Gewerbebereich, mit einer Trommeleinrichtung (1), die um eine im wesentlichen horizontal verlaufende Drehachse (D-D) zu einer Drehbewegung antreibbar ist und die in bezug auf die Drehachse (D-D) sternförmig verlaufende Arme (30) aufweist, die jeweils durch eine an den Querschnitt des jeweiligen Arms (30) angepaßte Öffnung durch den Mantel (10) der Trommeleinrichtung (1) aus dem Innenraum (28) der Trommeleinrichtung (1) austreten und über eine Steuereinrichtung (42, 46) zumindest teilweise in den Innenraum (28) der Trommeleinrichtung (1) bewegbar sind, wobei die Steuereinrichtung (42, 46) dazu eingerichtet ist, einen jeweiligen Arm (30) in seinem tiefstliegenden Bahnbereich auszufahren und in seinem höchstliegenden Bahnbereich einzufahren, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuereinrichtung (42, 46) eine Kurvenscheibe (24, 46) aufweist, wobei an jeder Stirnseite der Trommeleinrichtung (1) eine ortsfeste Kurvenscheibe (24, 46) mit einer umlaufenden Führungsbahn (46) angeordnet ist, wobei die Führungsbahnen (46) der beiden Kurvenscheiben (24, 46) zueinander ausgerichtet sind und für die Führung der Endbereiche (44) von parallel zur Drehachse (D-D) verlaufenden Stangen (42) eingerichtet sind, an denen die inneren Endbereiche (40) der Arme (30) gelagert sind, und wobei die Stangen (42) in bezug auf die Trommeleinrichtung (1) in radial verlaufenden Führungen (48) geführt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Umfangslinie (14) des Mantels (10) der Trommeleinrichtung (1) als Vieleck ausgestaltet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Öffnungen im Mantel (10) der Trommeleinrichtung (1) für den Austritt der Arme (30) jeweils zwischen zwei benachbarten Ecken (39) des Vielecks (14) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß unterhalb der Trommeleinrichtung (1) eine Fördereinrichtung (4), vorzugsweise ein Endlosförderer, angeordnet ist, deren Förderrichtung entgegen der Bewegungsrichtung des jeweils unteren Bereichs des Mantels (10) der Trommeleinrichtung (1) weist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß vor der Trommeleinrichtung (1) und oberhalb der Fördereinrichtung (4) ein Abweiser angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im oberen Bereich oder oberhalb der Trommeleinrichtung (1) eine Abwurf-, Rückhalte- und/oder Abstreifeinrichtung (52), vorzugsweise mit Durchtrittsöffnungen für die Arme (30), angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in Achsrichtung der Trommeleinrichtung (1) beabstandet mehrere Sätze (31 - 38) von Armen (30) vorgesehen sind, wobei die Arme (30) benachbarter Sätze (31 - 38) vorzugsweise in Umfangsrichtung gegeneinander versetzt angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die äußeren Endbereiche der Arme (30) als starre Zinken ausgebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuereinrichtung eine Hydraulik aufweist.
- Vorrichtung zum Vorsortieren von Wertstoffen, insbesondere aus dem Haus- oder Gewerbebereich, gekennzeichnet durch mehrere hintereinander angeordnete Stufen, die jeweils eine Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9 aufweisen.
- Vorrichtung zum Aufreißen von Säcken und Vorsortieren von Wertstoffen, insbesondere aus dem Haus- oder Gewerbebereich, gekennzeichnet durch eine Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, der eine Vorrichtung zum Aufreißen von Säcken vorgeschaltet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorrichtung zum Aufreißen von Säcken wie eine Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9 gestaltet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß unterhalb der Trommeleinrichtung (1') der Vorrichtung zum Aufreißen von Säcken eine erste Fördereinrichtung (4') angeordnet ist, die auf die Trommeleinrichtung (1') der Vorrichtung zum Aufreißen von Säcken zuführt, deren Förderrichtung entgegen der Bewegungsrichtung des jeweils unteren Bereichs des Mantels der Trommeleinrichtung (1') der Vorrichtung zum Aufreißen von Säcken weist und die im Bereich der Trommeleinrichtung (1') der Vorrichtung zum Aufreißen von Säcken endet und eine Lücke (60) zu einer zweiten Fördereinrichtung (4) bildet, die unterhalb der Trommeleinrichtung (1) zum Vorsortieren von Wertstoffen angeordnet ist, die auf die Trommeleinrichtung (1) zum Vorsortieren von Wertstoffen zuführt und deren Förderrichtung entgegen der Bewegungsrichtung des jeweils unteren Bereichs des Mantels der Trommeleinrichtung (1) zum Vorsortieren von Wertstoffen weist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß unterhalb der Lücke (60) eine dritte Fördereinrichtung (62) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13 oder 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß hinter der Trommeleinrichtung (1) zum Vorsortieren von Wertstoffen eine vierte Fördereinrichtung (64) angeordnet ist.
