Abstract
Description
In diesen Fahrzeugen ist die vom Kurbelgehäuse der mehrzylindrigen Brennkraftmaschine ausgehende Entlüftungsleitung an einer als Kunststoffbauteil ausgebildeten Saugrohranordnung angeflanscht. In dem außenliegenden bzw. freiliegenden Teil der Entlüftungsleitung befindet sich zwischen Kurbelgehäuse und Saugrohranordnung die Drossel als durchflußbestimmendes Zwischenstück.

Claims (4)
- Entlüftungsvorrichtung in einer zu einer Saugrohranordnung einer Brennkraftmaschine hinführenden Entlüftungsleitung mit einer als Durchflußbegrenzer wirkenden Drossel, wobei die Saugrohranordnung aus einem Kunststoffbauteil mit einem eintrittsseitigen Anschlußstutzen für die Entlüftungsleitung und einem Austritt besteht, ferner mit einer in einer Durchgangsbohrung des Kunststoffbauteiles fest eingesetzten Metallhülse mit einer Befestigungsschraube, die das Kunststoffteil über die Metallhülse mit dem Zylinderkopf der Brennkraftmaschine fest verspannt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Drossel (12) als Teil der Entlüftungsleitung (7) im Bereich der wärmeleitenden Metallhülse (11) angeordnet ist. - Entlüftungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Entlüftungsleitung (7) die Durchgangsbohrung (9) und die Metallhülse (11) durchkreuzt, wobei die Drossel (12) in die Metallhülse (11) integiert ist. - Entlüftungsvorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die in der Metallhülse (11) in Verlängerung zum eintrittsseitigen Anschlußstutzen (8) verlaufende Drossel (12) in einen aus der Metallhülse (11) und der Befestigungsschraube (15) gebildeten Ringzwischenraum (13) mündet, und daß eine austrittsseitige Radialbohrung (10) in der Saugrohranordnung (6) über eine durchmessermäßig größere Radialbohrung (16) in der Metallhülse (11) mit dem Ringzwischenraum (13) verbunden ist. - Entlüftungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, für eine vier- oder mehrzylindrige Brennkraftmaschine mit einer der Zylinderzahl entsprechenden Anzahl von Saugrohren,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der eintrittsseitige Anschlußstutzen (8) sowie die Drossel (12) zwischen zwei benachbart und mittig liegenden Saugrohren (3,4) angeordnet ist, wobei die Drossel (12) am geodätisch höchsten Punkt der Kurbelgehäuseentlüftung liegt.
