Abstract
Bei einem Verfahren zum gesteuerten Aufwickeln eines länglichen Gegenstandes wird der mindestens eine längliche Gegenstand (11) von einem Führungskopf (35) zum Spulenkörper (15, 16) geleitet, welcher für dieses Auf- oder ein Abwickeln drehbar gelagert ist und von einem Antriebsorgan (20) gedreht wird. Es erfolgt eine programmgesteuerte Einstellung des Drehzahlverlaufs sowie des Drehmomentes des Antriebsorganes (20) in Abhängigkeit des messbaren Wickeldurchmessers (15') für einen Aufwickelvorgang des Spulenkörpers (15, 16). Mittels eines Reglers (50) wird der Istwert der Zugkraft am länglichen Gegenstand (11) via das gemessene Drehmoment am Antriebsorgan (20) mit einem einstellbaren Sollwert verglichen und bei Abweichung der Istwert (57) wieder an den Sollwert herangeführt. Der Spulenkörper (15. 16) liegt dabei auf mindestens zwei angetriebenen Antriebswellen (22, 24) auf. Zudem ist eine Hebevorrichtung für die Aufnahme des Spulenkörpers vorgesehen. Using a controller (50), the actual value of the tensile force on the elongated object (11) is compared with an adjustable target value via the measured torque on the drive element (20) and, in the event of a deviation, the actual value (57) is brought back to the target value. The coil former (15, 16) rests on at least two driven drive shafts (22, 24). In addition, a lifting device is provided for receiving the bobbin.
