- the invention relates to an intaglio machine for printing of securities, in particular bank notes, comprising a main frame, a cylinder plate holder with at least one printing plate, a printing cylinder, a wiping device, and an inking system consisting of a cylinder collector-inker having a resilient cooperating surface with printing plates, by at least four color selector cylinders placed next to each other on the other around part of the circumference of the collector-inking cylinder and having reliefs corresponding to the colored areas to be printed in of different colors and in contact with the periphery of the collector-inking cylinder and by a device of ink associated with each color selector cylinder and mounted in a mobile ink cart.
- Such an intaglio machine for printing securities therefore comprising an indirect inking system by means of a collector-ink cylinder is known from patent EP 0 406 157 of the applicant. Thanks with at least four colors, this machine offers the possibility advantageous to print a single pass full ticket with main drawing and background security, for example a color for the main drawing and three colors for the safety background.

Claims (5)
- Machine taille-douce pour l'impression de papiers-valeurs, en particulier de billets de banque, comprenant un bâti principal (6), un cylindre porte-plaque (4) avec au moins une plaque d'impression, un cylindre d'impression (3), un dispositif d'essuyage (10), et un système d'encrage constitué par un cylindre collecteur-encreur (5) ayant une surface élastique coopérant avec les plaques d'impression, par au moins quatre cylindres sélecteurs des couleurs (7a à 7d) placés l'un à côté de l'autre autour d'une partie de la circonférence du cylindre collecteur-encreur (5) et présentant des reliefs correspondant aux zones colorées à imprimer dans des différentes couleurs et en contact avec la périphérie du cylindre collecteur-encreur (5), et par un dispositif d'encrage (8a à 8d) associé à chaque cylindre sélecteur des couleurs (7a à 7d) et monté dans un chariot encreur mobile (9), caractérisée en ce que le rapport entre le diamètre du cylindre collecteur-encreur (5) et le diamètre du cylindre porte-plaque (4) est égal à 2/3, en ce que les deux cylindres sélecteurs des couleurs (7a, 7d) extrêmes sont placés substantiellement de manière diamétralement opposée par rapport au cylindre collecteur-encreur (5), et en ce que les parois latérales du chariot encreur (9), du côté des cylindres sélecteurs des couleurs, comportent chacune un évidement (15) dimensionné de telle sorte que, dans la position de travail du chariot encreur (9), les cylindres sélecteurs des couleurs (7b, 7c) se trouvant entre lesdits deux cylindres sélecteurs de couleurs extrêmes (7a, 7d) sont entièrement placés dans l'espace défini par ledit évidement (15).
- Machine selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les cylindres sélecteurs des couleurs (7a à 7d) sont montés sur le bâti principal (6).
- Machine selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les cylindres sélecteurs des couleurs (7a à 7d) sont montés dans un chariot intermédiaire indépendant.
- Machine selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que le chariot encreur (9) est suspendu à la machine par des rails de guidage (13).
- Machine selon les revendications 1, 2 et 4, caractérisée en ce que l'un au moins (7b) des cylindres sélecteurs des couleurs (7), se trouvant entre les cylindres sélecteurs des couleurs extrêmes, est fixé au bâti principal (6) par une fixation rapide facilement détachable tel que, dans la position de travail du chariot encreur (9), il peut être détaché du bâti principal (6) et fixé sur le chariot encreur de manière que lors de l'écartement de ce chariot encreur du bâti principal, l'accès au cylindre collecteur-encreur (5) est facilité.
