Claims (21)
- Bearbeitungsmaschine für Werkstücke aus Flachmaterial, insbesondere Blechteile, umfassend eine Arbeitsstation (12), die als Biegestation ausgebildet ist, in welcher das parallel zu einer Biegeebene (142) ausgerichtete Werkstück (16) zur Durchführung einer Biegeoperation mittels einer Unterwange (126) und einer Oberwange (130) einspannbar ist und mittels einer Biegewange (114) längs einer Biegekante (140) biegbar ist, sowie eine Manipulatoreinrichtung (18) mit einem Greifer zum Halten des Werkstücks (16) in einem mittigen Bereich (98) und mit einer Positioniervorrichtung (82) für den Greifer (62), mit welcher dieser in einer ersten Richtung (X) quer zur Biegekante (140) und in einer zweiten Richtung (Y) parallel zur Biegeebene (142) und in einer Höhenrichtung (Z) senkrecht zur Biegeebene (142) bewegbar und um eine senkrecht auf der Biegeebene stehende Achse (D) drehbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Werkstück (16) zur Bearbeitung mit dem Greifer (62) in mehreren in der zweiten Richtung (Y) aufeinanderfolgend angeordneten Arbeitsstationen (12a, 12b) positionierbar ist und daß mindestens eine der weiteren Arbeitsstationen (12b) als Biegestation ausgebildet ist. - Bearbeitungsmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweite Richtung (Y) parallel zu der Biegekante (140) der Biegestation (12a, 12b) verläuft.
- Bearbeitungsmaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Biegekanten (140) aller Biegestationen (12a, 12b) parallel zur zweiten Richtung (Y) verlaufen.
- Bearbeitungsmaschine nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß alle Biegestationen (12a, 12b) eine gemeinsame Unterwange (126) eine gemeinsame Oberwange (130) und eine gemeinsame Biegewange (114) aufweisen.
- Bearbeitungsmaschine nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Biegestation (12a, 12b) ein eigenes Biegewangenwerkzeug (120, 122) aufweist.
- Bearbeitungsmaschine nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Biegestation (12a, 12b) ein eigenes Oberwangenwerkzeug (132) und/oder ein eigenes Unterwangenwerkzeug (128) aufweist.
- Bearbeitungsmaschine nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Werkstück (16) einer Einlegestation (10) der Bearbeitungsmaschine zuführbar und in dieser mit dem Greifer (62) aufnehmbar ist.
- Bearbeitungsmaschine nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Werkstück (16) in der Einlegestation (10) exakt positionierbar ist.
- Bearbeitungsmaschine nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Werkstück (16) in der Einlegestation (10) durch in dieser vorgesehene Anschlagelemente (96) exakt positionierbar ist.
- Bearbeitungsmaschine nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Werkstück (16) nach Durchlaufen der Arbeitsstation (12a, 12b) in eine Abtransportstation (14) einlegbar ist.
- Bearbeitungsmaschine nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abtransportstation (14) eines oder mehrere Transportbänder (150) aufweist, auf welche des Werkstück (16) mittels des Greifers (62) auflegbar ist.
- Bearbeitungsmaschine nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Werkstück (16) beim Einlegen in die einzelnen Arbeitsstationen (12a, 12b) und beim Entnehmen aus diesen nur mittels des Greifers (62) gehalten ist.
- Bearbeitungsmaschine nach einem der-voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Werkstück (16) vom Greifer (62) in einer einzigen Ausrichtung relativ zu den Greiferelementen (64, 66) greifbar und in dieser einzigen Ausrichtung zu den einzelnen Arbeitsstationen (12a, 12b) transportierbar ist.
- Bearbeitungsmaschine nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Positioniervorrichtung (82) zur Realisierung der Bewegung in einer der Richtungen (X, Y) eine sich parallel zu einer Längsrichtung (Y) erstreckende Längsführung (32) aufweist, an welcher ein den Greifer (62) tragender Längsschlitten (44) gehalten ist.
- Bearbeitungsmaschine nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Längsführung (32) mittels einer Höhenverstelleinrichtung (34) in der Höhenrichtung (Z) verstellbar ist.
- Bearbeitungsmaschine nach Anspruch 14 oder 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem Längsschlitten (44) eine Querführung (52) mit einem längs dieser bewegbaren Querschlitten (54) angeordnet ist.
- Bearbeitungsmaschine nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Greifer (62) das Werkstück (16) mit dieses auf einer Oberseite (104) und einer Unterseite (102) übergreifenden Greiferelementen (64, 66) greift.
- Bearbeitungsmaschine nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Greifer (62) einen ungefähr C-förmigen Greiferbügel (76) aufweist, an welchem die Greiferelemente (64, 66) gehalten sind.
- Bearbeitungsmaschine nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Greiferbügel (76) so ausgebildet ist, daß mit den Greiferelementen (64, 66) ein Greifen des Werkstücks (16) in einem mittigen Bereich (98) desselben erfolgen kann.
- Bearbeitungsmaschine nach Anspruch 18 oder 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Greiferelemente (64, 66) relativ zum Greiferbügel (76) drehbar an diesem angeordnet sind.
- Bearbeitungsmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 18 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eines der Greiferelemente (64) in Richtung (68) auf das andere Greiferelement (66) zu und von diesem weg bewegbar an dem Greiferbügel (76) gehalten ist.
