Claims (9)
- Umreifungsmaschine mit einer einen Querumreifungsrahmen (22) aufweisenden Umreifungsstation (12), der eine Zufuhrtransporteinrichtung (14) vorgeordnet und der eine Abfuhrtransporteinrichtung (16) nachgeordnet ist, wobei die Zufuhrtransporteinrichtung (14) zum Zuführen von in Körben (26) übereinandergestapeltem, zu umreifendem Gut (28) und die Abfuhrtransporteinrichtung (16) zum Abtransport des umreiften Guts (28) vorgesehen ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß jeder Korb (26) in Transportrichtung betrachtet an seiner Rückseite (34) offen ist, daß in der Umreifungsstation (12) eine Anschlagseinrichtung (36) vorgesehen ist, die in den jeweiligen Korb (26) eingreift un den zu umreifenden Gut-Stapel (28) in bezug auf den Querumreifungsrahmen (22) passend positioniert, und daß eine Korb-Vorschubeinrichtung (40) vorgesehen ist, die den jeweiligen Korb (26) in Transportrichtung aus der Ebene (24) des Querumreifungsrahmens (22) nur so weit nach vorne heraus verstellt wird, daß die Seitenwände (42) des Korbes (26) den zu umreifenden Gut-Stapel (28) weiterhin positioniert halten. - Umreifungsmaschine nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß jeder Korb (26) einen Boden (44) mit mindestens zwei nach oben stehenden, in Transportrichtung orientierten Längserhebungen (62) und eine Stirnwand (58) mit mindestens einer Längserhebung (65) aufweist, und daß die Anschlagsrichtung (36) mindestens ein Anschlagorgan (38) aufweist, das von oben in den jeweiligen Korb (26) bis in die Nähe des Bodens einbringbar ist. - Umreifungsmaschine nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß jeder Korb (26) einen Boden (44) mit mindestens einem in Transportrichtung orientierten, nach hinten offenen Längsschlitz (66) und eine Stirnwand (58) mit mindestens zwei Längserhebungen (65) aufweist, und daß die Anschlageinrichtung (36) mindestens ein Anschlagorgan (38) aufweist, das von unten durch den bzw. den jeweiligen Längsschlitz (66) in den jeweiligen Korb (26) einbringbar ist. - Umreifungsmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß an der Umreifungsstation (12) Halteelemente (46, 48) vorgesehen sind, die sich paarweise in Transportrichtung gegenüberliegen, wobei mindestens ein Paar Halteelemente (46) zum seitlichen Halten des jeweiligen zu umreifenden Gut-Stapels (28) in Transportrichtung vor der Umreifungsebene (24) und mindestens ein Paar Halteelemente (48) zum seitlichen Halten des entsprechenden Korbes (26) in Transportrichtung nach der Umreifungsebene (24) vorgesehen sind. - Umreifungsmaschine nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Halteelemente (46, 48) als federnde Schwenk-Klappen ausgebildet sind. - Umreifungsmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß jeder Korb (26) an seine Stirnwand (58) und/oder an mindestens einer seiner beiden Seitenwände (42) mit Informationselementen (68) versehen ist, die zwischen einer Aktiv- und einer Passivstellung verstellbar sind. - Umreifungsmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Zufuhrtransporteinrichtung (14) und/oder daß die Abfuhrtransporteinrichtung (16) Endlosbänder (18, 20) aufweisen, und daß die Vorschubeinrichtung (40) eine Kolben-Zylindereinheit (50) aufweist, deren Kolbenstange (52) mit einer Rastklinke (54) versehen ist. - Umreifungsmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß seitlich neben der Abfuhrtransporteinrichtung (16) eine Ausstoßeinrichtung (30) zum Querausstoßen des jeweiligen leeren Korbes (26) von der Abfuhrtransporteinrichtung (16) weg vorgesehen ist. - Umreifungsmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß zwischen der Abfuhrtransporteinrichtung (16) und der Zufuhrtransporteinrichtung (14) zur Umreifungsstation (12) parallel eine Korb-Rücktransporteinrichtung (32) vorgesehen ist, die zum Rückführen der leeren Körbe (26) zur Zufuhrtransporteinrichtung (14) dient.
