Abstract
Description
Claims (8)
- Verfahren zum Verbrennen von flüssigen und/oder gasförmigen Brennstoffen mit einem in den Brennraum eines Kessels ragenden Brennkopf eines Brenners, dessen Flammrohr wenigstens eine darin angeordnete Zerstäuberdüse für die Zufuhr von Brennstoff sowie einen Drallkörper aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Teil des Luftstroms für die Verbrennung durch einen Drallkörper geführt wird, und daß an dem stromabwärts gelegenen Abschnitt des Flammrohres durch Leiteinrichtungen und Durchbrechungen des Flammrohres ein Unterdruck erzeugt wird, wobei das Abgas aus der Verbrennung mit der Verbrennungsluft gemischt wird, und daß das Abgas mit dem in dem Brennraum verdüsten noch nicht entzündeten Brennstoff vermischt wird, und daß eine Flammenfront in einem Abstand vor dem Brennkopf erzeugt wird.
- Brennkopf, bestehend aus einem Flammrohr, mindestens einer Zerstäuberdüse (1) und/oder mindestens einer Gasdüse (2), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Flammrohr aus einem in etwa zylindrischen Abschnitt (3) besteht, der dann in einen sich verjüngenden Abschnitt (8) übergeht, in welchem stromab ein weiterer in etwa zylindrischer Abschnitt (3) angeordnet ist, wobei in dem stromab gelegenen Abschnitt des Flammrohres Durchbrechungen (5) und nach innen ragende Leiteinrichtungen (4) angeordnet sind, und daß in dem Flammrohr mindestens ein Drallkörper (6) angeordnet ist.
- Brennkopf nach Anspruch 2 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Drallkörper axial verschiebbar ist.
- Brennkopf nach Anspruch 2 oder 3 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem Drallkörper Durchlässe angeordnet sind.
- Brennkopf nach Anspruch 2 bis 4 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Leiteinrichtungen (4) dreieckig ausgebildet sind und zum Feuerraum ausgerichtet sind.
- Brennkopf nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Winkel zwischen Leiteinrichtung (4) und Flammrohr 30 bis 40 Grad beträgt.
- Brennkopf nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 6 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Öffnungen der Gasdüse (2) zu der Wandung des Flammrohres ausgerichtet ist.
- Brennkopf nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 7 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem Flammenrohr ein Zündbrenner (7) angeordnet ist.
