- un tube d'alimentation réalisé en un matériau souple et élastique, ce tube d'alimentation comportant une entrée et une sortie, l'entrée de ce tube d'alimentation constituant l'entrée "A" du bloc d'alimentation,
- des premiers moyens d'obturation du tube d'alimentation en un point donné de celui-ci, ces premiers moyens d'obturation étant commandables à partir d'une entrée de commande constituant l'entrée de commande "D" du bloc d'alimentation,
- un corps réalisé dans un matériau rigide,
- un canal traversant le corps, ce canal comportant une entrée et une sortie, l'entrée du canal étant définie par un embout formant saillie et ayant une section extérieure complémentaire de la section intérieure du tube d'alimentation de façon que la sortie du tube d'alimentation puisse s'emmancher sur cet embout, la sortie du canal constituant la sortie "C" du bloc d'alimentation, et
- au moins une tube d'injection d'un fluide stérilisateur, ledit tube d'injection comportant une entrée et une sortie, la sortie du tube d'injection étant située en un point d'un volume constitué par un premier volume défini par la partie intérieure du tube d'alimentation comprise entre le point donné et l'entrée du canal et par un second volume défini par l'intérieur du canal, l'entrée du tube d'injection constituant l'entrée "B" du bloc d'alimentation.

- des moyens pour relier la sortie des moyens pour délivrer au moins un fluide stérilisateur respectivement avec les deux entrées "B" des premier et second blocs d'alimentation, la sortie "C" du second bloc étant apte à être reliée à un récipient,
- une unité centrale de commande programmable comportant des sorties d'ordre et des entrées de réception de signaux de mesure,
- des moyens pour relier des premières sorties d'ordre de l'unité centrale aux entrées de commande des moyens pour délivrer au moins un fluide stérilisateur, et
- des moyens pour relier des secondes sorties d'ordre de l'unité centrale aux entrées "D" respectivement des premier et second blocs d'alimentation.
Claims (11)
- Bloc d'alimentation (1) en produits liquides, pâteux ou analogues, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte:un tube d'alimentation (2) réalisé en un matériau souple et élastique, ce tube d'alimentation comportant une entrée (3) et une sortie (4), l'entrée (3) de ce tube d'alimentation constituant l'entrée "A" du bloc,des premiers moyens d'obturation (5) du tube d'alimentation (2) en un point donné (6) de celui-ci, ces premiers moyens d'obturation étant commandables à partir d'une entrée de commande (7) constituant l'entrée de commande "D" du bloc,un corps (8) réalisé dans un matériau rigide,un canal (9) traversant le corps, ce canal comportant une entrée (10) et une sortie (11), l'entrée du canal étant définie par un embout (12) formant saillie et ayant une section extérieure complémentaire de la section intérieure du tube d'alimentation (2) de façon que la sortie (4) du tube d'alimentation puisse s'emmancher sur cet embout (12), la sortie (11) du canal constituant la sortie "C" du bloc, etau moins une tube d'injection (13) d'un fluide stérilisateur, ledit tube d'injection comportant une entrée (14) et une sortie (15), la sortie (15) du tube d'injection (13) étant située en un point (16) d'un volume constitué par un premier volume (17) défini par la partie intérieure du tube d'alimentation (2) comprise entre le point donné (6) et l'entrée (10) du canal (9) et par un second volume (18) défini par l'intérieur du canal (9), l'entrée (14) du tube d'injection (13) constituant l'entrée "B" dudit bloc.
- Bloc d'alimentation selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que le tube d'injection (13) d'un fluide stérilisateur traverse le corps (8) par un passage étanche (20) entre l'extérieur (21) de ce corps et le canal (9), ledit tube d'injection (13) comportant au moins une partie (22) sensiblement coaxiale audit embout (12), la sortie (15) dudit tube d'injection (13) étant située dans le premier volume (17).
- Bloc d'alimentation selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé par le fait que le corps (8) comporte une embase (25), un premier manchon (26) d'une section extérieure égale à celle de l'embout (12) et un premier avant-trou (27) réalisé dans l'embase (25), ce premier avant-trou (27) ayant une section complémentaire de la section extérieure du premier manchon (26) et une profondeur inférieure à la longueur de ce premier manchon, ledit premier manchon (26) étant emmanché dans cet avant-trou, ledit canal (9) étant réalisé en traversant l'embase et ledit premier manchon sensiblement suivant son axe (28).
- Bloc d'alimentation selon la revendication 3, caractérisé par le fait que ledit corps (8) comporte en outre un second manchon (30) et un second avant-trou (31) réalisé dans l'embase (25), ce second avant-trou (31) ayant une section complémentaire de la section extérieure du second manchon et une profondeur inférieure à la longueur de ce second manchon (30), ledit second manchon étant emmanché dans ce second avant-trou, ledit canal (9) traversant ledit second manchon (30) sensiblement suivant son axe (32).
- Bloc d'alimentation selon les revendications 3 et 4, caractérisé par le fait que ladite embase (25) est réalisée en un matériau électriquement isolant et que les premier (26) et second (30) manchons sont réalisés en un matériau électriquement conducteur.
- Bloc d'alimentation selon la revendication 5, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte des moyens (33) pour mesurer la résistivité électrique entre les premier (26) et second (30) manchons et aptes à délivrer, sur une sortie de mesure (34), un signal électrique représentatif de cette résistivité, cette sortie de mesure (34) constituant la sortie "E" du bloc.
- Bloc d'alimentation selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé par le fait les moyens d'obturation (5) du tube d'alimentation sont constitués par des moyens d'obturation par écrasement dudit tube.
- Distributeur de boisson ou analogue comportant au moins un premier et un second blocs d'alimentation selon au moins l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte en outre:une poche contenant de ladite boisson (50),des moyens (51) pour relier la sortie (52) de ladite poche (50) à l'entrée "A" du premier bloc (1-53),des moyens (54) pour relier la sortie "C" du premier bloc (1-53) à l'entrée "A" du second bloc (1-55),des moyens (56) pour délivrer, sur une sortie (57), au moins un fluide stérilisateur, ces moyens étant commandables à partir d'entrées de commande (58),des moyens (59) pour relier la sortie (57) des moyens (56) pour délivrer au moins un fluide stérilisateur respectivement avec les deux entrées "B" des premier (1-53) et second (1-55) blocs d'alimentation, la sortie "C" du second bloc (1-55) étant apte à être reliée à un récipient (80),une unité centrale de commande programmable (60) comportant des sorties d'ordre et des entrées de réception de signaux de mesure,des moyens pour relier des premières sorties d'ordre (61) de ladite unité centrale (60) aux entrées de commande (58) des moyens (56) pour délivrer au moins un fluide stérilisateur, etdes moyens (62) pour relier des secondes sorties d'ordre (63) de ladite unité centrale (60) aux entrées "D" respectivement des premier (1-53) et second (1-55) blocs d'alimentation.
- Distributeur de boisson selon la revendication 8, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte en outre des moyens (64) pour relier les sorties "E" respectivement des premier (1-53) et second (1-55) blocs d'alimentation à des entrées (65) de réception de signaux de mesure de ladite unité centrale (60).
- Distributeur de boisson selon l'une des revendications 8 et 9, caractérisé par le fait les moyens (54) pour relier la sortie "C" du premier bloc d'alimentation (1-53) à l'entrée "A" du second bloc d'alimentation (1-55) comportent:une tubulure (70) réalisée en un matériau souple élastique reliant la sortie "C" du premier bloc à l'entrée "A" du second bloc,une pompe péristaltique (71) montée en coopération avec ladite tubulure (70), ladite pompe (71) étant commandable à partir d'une entrée de commande (72),des moyens (76) pour relier une sortie d'ordre (77) de ladite unité centrale (60) à l'entrée de commande (72) de ladite pompe péristaltique (71),des seconds moyens d'obturation (73) de ladite tubulure (70), cesdits seconds moyens d'obturation étant commandables à partir d'une entrée de commande (74), etdes moyens pour relier une sortie d'ordre (75) de ladite unité centrale (60) à l'entrée de commande (74) des seconds moyens d'obturation.
- Distributeur de boisson selon l'une des revendications 8 à 10, caractérisé par le fait les moyens (56) pour délivrer au moins un fluide stérilisateur comportent au moins une source de fluide chaud (78) et une source de fluide réfrigéré (79).
