Description
Eine weitere Möglichkeit zur Konservierung von Kraftfahrzeugkarosserien besteht in dem Aufbringen einer Schutzfolie. Die Schutzfolie wird von Hand auf die Karosserie gelegt, so daß die Gesamtkosten dieses Oberflächenschutzes erheblich sind.
Ein weiteres Verfahren zum Konservieren eines Kraftfahrzeuges ist aus der DE 196 52 728 bekannt, die das Aufbringen einer wässerigen Dispersion beschreibt. Das Auftragen einer solchen Dispersion gestaltet sich jedoch schwierig.
Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es daher ein Verfahren der eingangs genannten Gattung zur Verfügung zu stellen, welches eine einfachere Aufbringung der den entfernbaren Überzug bildenden Masse auf eine Karosserie ermöglicht.
Diese Aufgabe wird gelöst durch ein Verfahren der eingangs genannten Gattung mit den kennzeichnenden Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1.
Claims (11)
- Verfahren zum Überziehen einer lackierten Karosserie mit einer einen festen, von der lackierten Karosserie im wesentlichen beschädigungsfrei und rückstandsfrei entfembaren Überzug bildenden Masse, wobei die Masse direkt aus einer Düse in Form eines Films auf die Karosserie gelegt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine spaltförmige Düse verwendet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Masse eine Dispersion ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der feste Überzug eine Konservierung, insbesondere eine ablösbare Konservierung ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Masse bzw. Dispersion spaltenüberbrückend auf die Karosserie aufgetragen wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Masse bzw. Dispersion unter Wärmezufuhr auf die Karosserie aufgetragen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Masse bzw. Dispersion vor und/oder unmittelbar nach der Düse erwärmt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Masse bzw. die Dispersion aus einer spaltförmigen Düse mit einer Spaltlänge von mindestens 10 mm, vorzugsweise mindestens 30 mm und insbesondere mindestens 100 mm ausgebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Karosserie eine Kraftfahrzeugkarosserie ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Überzug auf eine lackierte Karosserie aufgetragen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 8 und 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Kraftfahrzeugkarosserie Scheiben und insbesondere auch Anbauteile vor dem Aufbringen des festen Überzugs bereits montiert sind.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der feste Überzug abziehbar ist.
